Do you think it should be a legal requirement for a trans person to tell the person they are in a relationship with they are transgender?

Nah. We don't need more laws. The government isn't our mommy.

But trans people, "trans-women" in particular, should be careful. Because a lot of guys would be pissed if they got dupe by a man posing as a woman. It could have consequences.

Now that I think about it, maybe is should be considered fraud to misrepresent one's gender. A man could sue a "trans-women" for mental anguish and trauma if he kissed a man who misrepresented himself as a women, or even if he spent time and money getting to know them, only to find out that they had been hustled.

Uhm it's been my experience that most Trans people don't hide it.

As long as this continues I don't think there's any need for a legal requirement. I'm not sure how you'd do that anyways.😆

in my opinion people who get duped deserve it, because that wouldn't have happened if they weren't using genitals to guide them through their dating and sex life.

For everyone's safety it would be unwise not to share, but I'm not sure I'm in favor of more unenforceable laws. Do they tell on date one? Five? Before sex? Before cuddling intimately? How is that defined? There's just a mess no matter how you answer it.
