Bluntly for their OWN SAFETY transwomen should tell a man that they are NOT women.

It is going to be VERY obvious when sexual relationships start and there ARE some men who are going to react VERY negatively. As in they'd beat the shit out of the trans if not, depending on their mentality / religion / background, even kill them.

This is something SOOO many trans women do not understand. They think they can PLAY pretend at being women when they are NOT women and do NOT function as women.

I'm not sure if the sex change is as obvious but they can't have children as a trans man so playing a very nasty trick on women that think they're with a "man" & may indeed want kids.

I don’t know how the law could be enforced properly and I think it could also be abused. I do think there should be more of a focus on disclosure. Especially with so many young people transitioning right now. I don’t know if they realize how difficult dating is going to be for them. I do think there is idea that as long as they can pass then they are women, through and through. Unfortunately it’s considered bigotry to even acknowledge the biological difference between women and trans women right now and it’s not doing anyone any favors. I think it’s going to cause a lot more problems in the next couple of years.

No, because it's unenforceable. Furthermore, it's a private matter. The state doesn't get involved unless there's an actual criminal act such as assault.

I don't think so in this case. As upsetting as it would be - and it would piss me off - you have to do your due diligence and determine these things. In this case, that might be a stretch.

Your whole premise is backwards. A man pretending to be a woman should not disclose his status for his safety, but rather because not doing so constitutes him committing sexual assault.

If a man can be charged for sexual assault for taking off a condom, the premise is that the woman didn’t consent to having sex without a condom. If a man pretending to be a woman does not disclose that he’s a man, and engages in sex with someone who only consented to having sex with a woman, it’s the same thing.

Not even close. You can be charged with sexual assault for taking off a condom because a man can carry STDs including HIV/AIDS and that is very often the case with douchebags who do that. No different than spitting on someone in a way and THAT is a sexual assault too.
