Capitalism, it's about kicking you down and keeping you in your place right?

A CEO wants unemployment to rise to 50% so employees beg for low-wage jobs and are more subservient.

He argues people have become lazy and need to be reminded of their place. He also claims governments around the world agree and are putting policies in place to increase unemployment to control people.

So is he right, is it time to crush people after all it is the capitalist way or would it drive people to communism? Do we need a pool of people struggling to strike fear into the hearts of those asking for more?
