There is no such thing. It's just social and mass media bullshit to bring down "PoC" who someone feels is getting into a high position that will bring the denigrator to account.

There has not been a single proven case of "diversity hire" recorded in the vein these right wing fuckwits like to claim. There is a process for hiring, White people feel they should be front and center. Then claim it's a "diversity hire" if not, to make themselves feel better

Diversity does not get the job done! I really do not care who or what gender, religion, political party color they are as long as their diversity does not interfere with performance or operation of the company all are welcome Cross the line you are asked to leave.
