Why are African Americans the most prone to be anti law obeying - just recently in Philly 50+ looters & 98% on videos taken were black?

Seriously. I'm African American myself mind my parents were Nigerian, both pharmacists, and I was raised to be a decent human being.

But you look at these people & it's like... is it any wonder they can't get a good job or good education. They resort to crime more than they try to actually graduate even high school.
