Different races have different genetics. Some races have a higher chance or certain diseases or other health risks. Most South Asians are lactose intolerant due to genetics. SCD and SCT impact African Americans at disproportionate rates. This is because SCD and SCT are an evolutionary trait that people developed in response to help protect them from malaria. As such, this condition is common in large parts of Africa. Melanoma is more than 20 times more common in White people than in Black people. It isn't a social construct. We are factually biologically different. You living in lala land and pretending there is no difference perpetuates racism.

I do not think race is a social construct. Nationality is, maybe ethnicity is, but I don’t think race is.

Well, I have a son of mixed heritage. His ethnicity is mixed but his race is what he appears like based on the physical attributes he has. One of his best friends is racially Indian. He “looks” Indian but he is American and his entire family considers themselves Nairobi since they lived there for over 20years.
