The whole existence of this group is a complete joke. They are a sort of separatism movement for men, like, it's in the name. But if you look into it they literally only ever talk about women. A lot of them are mentally unstable, you can tell their whole reason to even live is shitting on women for invalid reasons. There's like one valid thing they could talk about which is female pedophilia being brushed off as female pedophiles happen to be attractive in a lot of cases, and that women aren't seen as a threat for men and boys. That there isn't much support and help to turn to for victims but even that they can't do properly. It will be all about boohoo a man would get a worse sentence... boohoo why can a kid get it while I don't get any... Lol it's not even rape... Even if one of them tries to do something that makes sense like talking about mens health issues, like actual issues and not blue balls that Jake got because he looked at a cleavage he couldn't touch while going to the grocery store, they will shit up the discussion to make it womens fault. No care about actually improving men lives without involving stepping on womens skull. Someone will talk about male circumcision and it's entirely womens fault. Body positivity for men? Super hot womens fault for not wanting morbidly obese guy who doesn't shower. Men and boys getting raped by male relatives and it not being talked about? Muh false accusations from women is more important. Male on male violence? Somehow it's womens fault. Hey by the way it should be socially accepted to send a woman who slapped you into coma too. They will also pick random womens issues and try to make themselves seem like they have it SO MUCH WORSE and in the same sentence talk about womens supposed victim complex. When they could just be like men also suffer this and it's not really talked about, here's what we can do to support each other, here's what we can do about this issue. They are madly obsessed, they are the opposite of men going their own way.

I’m not sure if I’d call it hate.

They just want to exit the chat. Exit the game. They don’t want to play. They don’t want to participate. They just want to check out of dealing with women in relationships and anything romantic. They were traumatized. And they are done. They aren’t going to take any more chances. They just want to be left alone and do their own thing and not think about women again.

I think fear of women is a better description than hate of women.

Like they just want to unsubscribe from any sort of trouble or danger a woman can bring to their lives.

They’re afraid of marriage, they’re afraid of divorce, they’re afraid of lawsuits, they’re afraid of #meetoo fraud, they’re even afraid of hooking up because of potential false rape allegations.

They just want to escape from it all.

I think there is a fringe group of billionaires who are trying to turn it into one and have Podcasters, Twitter accounts, YouTube, etc on their payroll.

But fundamentally, mgtow is a group of guys on a video game forum who want the game changed to their liking and are posting "I quit!" posts over and over and over until the game developers give them attention. The problem is the game developers are other men, who enjoy the game quite a lot, and know that the mgtow's frustrations are just because they are a wood tier noob.

It's in the name. Men "going" their own way. It's never men who have gone their own way. They are in a perpetual state of announcing their departure in hopes some woman will swoop in and offer herself as free epic loot if they stay..

It sounds weird but MGTOW is not one but two groups. One of them IS a hategroup the other is not. It doesn't split itself though. It bassically splits into those actually going their own way and those that are "just" self proclaimed "member".

I have personally talked with the "good" guys who have genuine motifs and where not hatefull. They switched up their life and for some it went better.

On the other hand I am often hated on and even threatened by other "members" of the same group who are basically only hatefull to a great extend. No different than incels.

The main problem is, that everyone says they are the first group until they start there hate and the first one dont really distance themselves from the second.

They claim to go their own way and not caring about women, yet they spend an incredible amount of time thinking about women, reading about women, talking about women, listening to other men online talk about women, discuss women with other men on forums and sites like this etc. Always hateful rethoric too. It’s pathetic and embarrassing that they call themselves men going their own way and describing it as not caring about women yet they make it their number one passion to talk shit about women with other men and to listen to/read about other men talking the same shit. And they’re like parrots too, blindly repeating everything they heard some other dude say about women online.

No, Real MGTOW groups are getting banned from many websites that don't want men to have a real voice in society since it exposes a very biased system far beyond problems with women's behaviour. It exposes a very intentional attack on men by the court systems and the media. There's a lot of very good topics of discussion in this community.

A fake MGTOW channels just endlessly rants about women and their behavior. It's a very myopic channel that talks about nothing else. Just over and over hatred of women. They try to portray the movement as the mens version of feminism. This is YouTube corruption trying to rebadge MGTOW as something else.

Some of them hate women. But most of them just see dating as a waste of their time. They talk about women, yes but that's because they wanted a normal life with a woman. So of course it's going to be painful to let go of something you wanted. But they believe that feminism made women entitled and lack empathy for them.

I understand where they are coming from. Look at the trevor bauer-lindsey hill situation where she was going to accuse the base ball player of rape just to get his $51 million dollars. Trevor Bauer likes women and is attracted to women and it's probably hurtful for him that Lindsey Hill would betray his trust like that.

Imagine a normal guy getting screwed like that. They just don't feel like it's safe to engage with women anymore. But yes, there are more who hate women, but I think most just don't feel safe with women anymore.

I'd call it more of a 'denial' group -- both in terms of accepting their situation as well as their ability to enjoy sex with attractive women. The world has changed and so has society. Guys need to know that they're going to have to work much harder if they hope to enjoy the privilege of having intercourse with a beautiful woman.
