This is a very complicated issue, and I want to make sure I understand completely.

My understanding...

-Israel and Palestine have a longstanding conflict over the land known as Israel.

-Israel has forced Palestinians into a small strip of land known as the Gaza Strip.

-The Gaza Strip is essentially an open air prison.

-The latest developments are because Palestinians have decided to fight back over the land known as Israel, and have attacked Israelis over the past week.

-Isralis are now fighting back and have seized the Gaza Strip.

-Innocent civilians are dying on both sides, and neither side is truly right.

Is this all correct?

By the way, I am hoping for PEACE. I'm sad that this is happening.

That land grab argument is a joke. Israel has never seized any land from anyone unless attacked, or when about to be attacked. If you start a war against Israel and lose land it’s your own fault for starting a war. Israel has ALWAYS offered land for peace. Like when they gave the Sinai peninsula, an oil, rich valuable piece of land, back to Egypt, for the promise of peace and acceptance of the state of Israel. The Palestinians have been offered land for peace and acceptance, numerous times, but have rejected every single time because they will not accept the existence of Israel. It is all their own fault. They could be a thriving country in the Middle East. There is a reason Egypt won’t allow Palestinians across the border. There is a reason that the wealthy Arab countries won’t allow Palestinians into their countries. The wealthy Arab countries have more wealth than Google, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, and Tesla combined. Search online for the Saudi Arabian reporter interviewing a Hamas leader, and when he asks why don’t you let the civilians into the tunnels for protection, the Hamas leader says because the tunnels are for us, the civilians are martyrs, .. And then continues to say the Palestinian people are 75% refugees and it’s the UN job to protect them not ours.
Anyone who has any knowledge of this subject, and the actual facts knows that Israel is not to blame for this, and the Palestinians could’ve had a thriving country they just moved on.
Every cease-fire has been broken by the Palestinians. And when Israel starts attacking again, in a few days, don’t say they broke the cease-fire, because it is already agreed-upon that the cease-fire was only for a few days..

• The latest developments are Hamas terrorists invaded and brutally attacked Israeli civilians, murdering families in their homes, kidnapping people, raping women, parading their bodies through the streets, and decapitating babies. Over 1,000 were killed.
• Israel has retaliated despite woketards calling for a cease-fire while the victims blood was still flowing. Israel bombs Hamas who base their terror operations out of schools and hospitals so they have civilians as human shields.
• BLM and ANTIFA have praised and glorified Hamas attacking civilians, terrorists supporting terrorists.

Hamas has been in control of the Gaza Strip since 2007

that blockade is during battles, but between battles, they can drive out to other places and trucks of supplies deliver in... after inspection. for example they do drive from gaza to west bank. and not "pushed into gaza". those in gaza were never sent their from elsewhere, just born in a place large enough for 3 cities. hardly a prison. the hammas government oppresses them worse than a prison but not the place.

6 false, have NOT seized the Gaza Strip. but will try to get out the hostages in a rescue mission. u. s. hostages are there so u. s. will aid israels rescue mission. both sides are ugly but must do rescue mission.

7 true "Innocent civilians are dying on both sides" but one side aimed at civilians abducting hostages that is clearly bad, while israelis do not aimed at civilians, just necessary war.

It’s sad, I honestly hate that both sides are killing innocent civilians. Isreal isn’t completely innocent, HOWEVER. The issue isn’t Palestine, it’s Hamas. They’re the problem, cause not only did they carry out the attack on Israel but they are cowards and hide behind their own people when guns are fixed on them. Resulting in their adversaries killing them and innocent civilians in the process, then they use that as propaganda claiming the Jews are barbarians that kill innocent civilians yet…. Look at what they do? They legit make me lose brain cells due to their sheer lack of self awareness.
