It's a mess. I understand this originated with the division of the family, as recorded in the Bible story of Hagar... mother of Arab peoples. It may have happened before that.

They are emotionally divided first... whicgh is why they cannot coexist in same space. But they both have claims to the land. I know some will argue Palestine was there and were kicked out. Some will aruge it was Israel's land.

What prevents them from coexisting is the fear and hate created over decades. Now... how can anyone in Gaza or Arabia live in peace... in their hearts with Israeli's? How can Israeil's trust the others?

The division is in the heart. Until that is solved by a change of heart... where they see the humanity of the other, there is no solution together. That means only one group ends up there.

Try dividing it into two countries if you like... maybe... extend Gaza to be much larger with border to Egypt. Not so sure Israel could do that... but maybe with robots and drones they could.

God help them all... what a misery. But God is helping them... by ensuring they all suffer... I wonder if people see that? Certainly not those suffering...

If this was a school fight, you'd break up both parties and send them to separate rooms. That's another solution.

Where is Jimmy Carter when you need him? Maybe Kamala can broker a peace deal? Is she up for the task? Why isn't she doing it now?

The wild claims of women raped to death or babies beheaded and burned alive have been debunked.
The entire narrative is designed to make Hamas soldiers appear to be brutal animals when, in fact, it is Israel that commits atrocities every day.
And, in fact, the incursion may have been allowed to take place in order to justify clearing Gaza of all Palestinians.

Israelis are thieves and sadistic butchers, worse than Nazis but maybe comparable to Bolsheviks. Only the U. S. prevents the entire world from turning against them.

Hamas attacked Israel and brutally murdered its civilian citizens. Israel has the right to defend itself. However it also has to maintain the high road and conduct itself according to the rules of war. Otherwise it risks losing the moral high ground and support of its allies. I fear Israel ( government and IDF) has not done this. Israel risks winning the battles but losing the war.

Seeing how Israel is backed by the strongest greatest military to ever exist being USA. If their is a tie the BURDEN of restraint and ultimately power to end the war lies on Israel. They are crazy! When Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Iraq and Lebanon invaded Israel, Israel ended the war in 6 days. They signed signed a peace treaty with Egypt and Jordan and returned the Sinai to Egypt. Syria didn't wanna sign a peace treaty, so Israel kept the Golan heights. Israel can be reasoned with and you saw that Egypt and Jordan were able to be reasoned with as well. But Palestine is crazy! They don't want a two state solution. They want a ONE state solution in which the state is PALESTINE.
