I had a very crucial question to ask. So, I'm from a brown country where we have many distinct communities with their distinct physiological features. One of my friends, Let's assume him as A has said that women from Green community are very beautiful. My other friend, B on the contrary tries to rectify him by saying - "leave Green Community, if you look at Pink and Red women, you'll be amazed, they're much better/prettier" on a public forum. Many people have called that out as racist as he has tried to demean one community/race to uplift others. But he says that it's a personal preference. Is he racist or it's just a personal preference?

In this context, its about HIS sexual preference.
I would say, no. He has a right to like who he likes, and no obligation to be attracted to or like anyone else.
I'm not attracted to Arab women. They just aren't my type. I'm very particular about they type of Black women I find attractive. Most of them just aren't my type.
There is NOTHING wrong with having these preferences. And having them doesn't mean that I think Arab people, or Black people are inferior.
Maybe the way he said this seemed a little insensitive, but it sounds like he was trying to share his preference with his friend.
The duchey thing he did here was essentially suggest his friend break up with the girl he's currently dating for superficial reasons. THAT is a reason people should be mad at him.
Do I think he's a racist? No.
Do I think he's a duche? Yes.
Yup, good take. Though, I think his opinion that since he doesn't like one particular community, his friend shouldn't like it too is a bit racist. Because he is clearly defining to his friend not only what the definition of beauty is to him, but also telling him to exclude one particular community and change his opinions regarding them because HE thinks they're not as beautiful compared to another community. Besides, he has previously termed that community as manipulative and toxic. However, I appreciate your comment.
Depends where he is from. Could be he is ignorant rather than racist.
