Your question comes from the same flawed logic out there in many other ways. If you look down on, think less of, make things harder or more difficult for anyone due to race, that’s racism. It amazes me that some think you can’t have anti white racism cause of what happened in the past. Most people out there now of all races weren’t alive then.

Some people's mindsets are really disappointing. I suppose it depends on what you define as racism. If it is to judge or treat someone in a certain way based on their race then yeah, anyone can be racist to anyone else

They really can't. Racism means you have institutional power. They can be prejudiced towards white people. But they can't really be racist.
