That interviewer was promoting ignorance. But the Israeli soldier's main point was 100% true. Unfortunately, however, he has been propagandized by false claims of Hamas murdering children. And he is unaware that most of the Israeli citizens and soldiers were murdered by Israeli military. That has been documented by Israeli eye witnesses and by evidence of the kinds of weapons used.

How can Palestinian resistance against terrorism be called terrorism? Were the French resistance fighters against Nazis terrorists? Aggressors throughout history have always called resistance terrorism.

Why aren't the Zionists who, during the British mandate, blew up British trains, ambushed and murdered British soldiers, killed 300 people by blowing up the King David Hotel, and participated in the Nakba branded as terrorists?
Why did Israel get a free pass and have the incident covered up when it deliberately, knowingly, and with premeditation, attacked the USS Liberty with the intent of killing every man on board?
Why don't people condemn Israel for continuing to fire missiles at Damaskus?

Israel is always portrayed as a victim when, in fact, it is a brutal, conscienceless aggressor that doesn't value human life.

I disagree. israel does the SAME as other western countries, that do not DELIBERATELY aim at civilians, the way terrorists do aim at civilians, israel should bomb whatever is militarily appropriate. As the necessity of war dictates.

I specify "don't use a mosque to store any weapons" if you don't want a mosque or school to be a military target.

i don't see a reason or value to be anon. plenty of people don't agree, and say so in public. I actually see more risk to saying one supports Israel than the other view because the one side will terrorize the other more.

The reason I say that is because I feel that the media in my country are branding people with horrific labels, just for standing up for Palestinian civilians. I can't even imagine what it's like for the families of the hostages from Oct 7th, the stress of it all must be unbarable. Like any normal person I'm absolutely against anyone suffering, it's beyond horrific. But from what I've seen in my media, people are getting shutdown simply for speaking up to save Palestinian children. Thanks for having a decent convo on here about it by the way.

Sure, it's certainly a charged issue. I'm still not sure what I'd want to happen if I was a hostage. several have been found dead or decapitated. I don't see how they survive either way.
Cannot imagine how bad it is. only thing I can think of from life is when I saw a mouse dropped into a cage with a snake.
Caveat, they were told to leave and go south but I suspect many can't do that.

Who was told to leave and go south? All I know is that almost half of the population in Gaza are children, and this fact absolutely breaks my heart. This means almost 50% of the death total are little ones. My moral stance will always be ceasefire 😥

theyve been dropping leaflets, the whole population up north. I don't know how else they are doing it... bull horn? Don't have much media. some tried to go south and got blocked, there's recordings of that... hamas not let them out.
im not sure I'd want a cease fire if I was a prizoner... especially after the last one was beheaded and it was a young woman. not sure how they killed he other two women. they don't care...
but it is awful teh children are suffering. if you remeber what it's like to be a child, you know how awful that all is. I can't imagein being crushed in a building or wounded by shrapnal... and there's nothing to soothe. that's the problem. no end in sight.

By me always saying NO to WAR in every situation, it means that noone can sell me the idea of murdering innocent civilians, or as they call it these days collateral damage 😥😔 I simply do not agree with bloodshed.
