difficult how?
the procedure is what it is. it has a relatively easy enough recovery, usually a same day procedure. the procedure itself does not have a lot of post op complications (less than 1%)
at the qualified age it is relatively easy to get the procedure, prior to the age though there aren't a lot of doctors who will perform the surgery because or they will require a patient go through extensive evaluation, because it is effectively permanent. even though you can re-attach the tubes the success rate for fertility after that is pretty low

my wife had a cesarian section and the doc did it while she was opened up. i told him to make sure he cut a big enough piece.
If you’re younger than 35, unmarried, with no children, there aren’t many doctors that will be willing to perform any kind of female sterilization without good cause, even tubal ligation, and even fewer insurances that will cover it if it’s not labeled necessary
