How does intersectionality play a role in understanding feminism and addressing issues of inequality?

I recently listened to a podcast by two feminists about the future of feminsm. The discussion cenetered around the idea that feminism would always be relevant because it will always find new issues to champion. An example they used was how global warming disproprtionally harms women. Huh?

The unintended message, which they actually acknowledged, was that feminism had achieved its goals and now must find new issues to fight for in order to remain relevant. In other words, feminism is a movement looking for a cause.

Intersecionality is a good examples of that. The issue has nothing to do with women's rights, in fact it is harmful to women in some ways, an example being trans women competing in women's sports.

i hear complaints about wage inequality which is fake because minimum wage is equal for everybody so the only POSSIBLE DIFFERENCE IS in negotiation wages to which the lady agreed so she can only blame herself for agreeing.
