Should parental fighting be illegal, plain & simple?

Research is pretty clear having parents who argue constantly (and of course DV) is psychologically abusive to children. How much freedom should parents have to abuse their kids?

Illegal? Illegal should be lack of proper education with social and emotional education as main subjects. Then we can expect people to know how to take care of their emotional issues.

In the world when counseling is so expensive and people can't get the proper help in the real time, when they need it, punishing for that means total lack of imagination.
