When you say "goes fully Democrat," I assume you mean the Dems win the presidency, house, and Senate.

Well, the quick answer is that without also putting their activists in the supreme Court, things would effectively stay the same as they are now: getting increasingly worse while constantly gaslighting the public to not believe what they are seeing and living firsthand. However, as proven through the already ruled unconstitutional student loan forgiveness program, and continual violations by government agencies enforcing unconstitutional laws, and deputizing corporations to force regulation and censorship that the federal government can't, and upholding a precedent to ignore challenges to election results after an election ends, the supreme Court has lost most of its teeth anyway and exists as little more than a celebrity endorsement whenever it rules against the actions of the state. The house and Senate have enough garbage RINOs in them that most serious pushes by the government establishment could pass right now if there weren't enough of them fearful of the next election. Post-election however, expect ~6 months of passing as many insane bills as possible in a short period, followed by 18 months of pretending it didn't happen (which is typical in any house cycle in which one party has enough of a majority on both floors).

It's not likely to change all that much, but a few million more people might get health insurance, many millions might save money on their medication, elections will still be respected. Minor shit like that.

The alternative is someone who will be a "dictator for a day", which means he will replace everyone who can possibly deny his power with people who won't.
