I can read that in two ways:
1. He's pointing out this kind of fraud would allow others to tamper with the laws. Which I agree with, fraudulent people should not have power.
2. He's pointing out that in order to right the election it doesn't matter what the official procedures are, what matters is that the fairness in the system is restored.

I agree with both those positions. I don't take this to mean he will now feel justified to throw out the constitution.

So, 61 of 62 court cases (some with Trump appointed judges) ruled that there's no fraud. So, we should just be at the whims of an Executive who just declared fraud and decides to give the Constitution the finger? Did it ever occur to you that sometimes you win and sometimes you lose? Did you know that Trump was already making detailed plans to lie about the results BEFORE the election? This is the behavior of dictators. All of this is coming out in testimony from Trump WH staff under oath! Of course, you will find a "Deep State" conspiracy there too. Right? That's the whole quote! How in the fuck does any patriotic American think it's ok to suspend the Constitution? Public servants and members of the military take an oath to uphold the Constitution, not to a particular person. Are you saying that from now on whoever is President can just decide that there's fraud and just bypass the system? Did you even read the quote? He doesn't.

Even if he is wrong about how the election went, and I think he is, it is well within his right to challenge it because it is his right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

The fact that people are demonizing him for this shows that the those very people care far less about the constitution than Trump does. Hillary Clinton did the same thing with her Trump/Russia investigation and many people thought it was a waste of time too but no one was saying that she was going against the constitution, at least I didn't.

We need stuff like this to make sure our elections have integrity.
