Have you ever been prejudiced against a particular group of people?

Be honest, if you write "I have never been prejudiced against anyone" I'll automatically assume you are lying and might delete your answer.

The two big groups I have always been prejudiced against are Germans - not only because they antagonized my grandfather, but also because I always believed their "Nazi gene" was still there - and Asians in general, because of the "Yellow Menace" and stuff.

Now I have overcome some of the prejudice (mainly because most of my business goes through Germans and Chinese) but I admit I still felt a bit uneasy when I got seated between a German and a Chinese.

Yes, quite a lot actually. I do think it's stupid though to hate on people for what they did in the past though. I judge them for how they are now. I'm not particularly fond of Germans either, because they lack basic manners, but they aren't as bad as others. And I have a love-hate relationship with Russians, because their tourists are so annoying, and think everything should revolve around them. Some are also very hateful of Americans. I'm also not particularly fond of Italians (especially Romans). They're so arrogant and lie and scam so much.

I dislike East Asians too, but even I think the "Yellow Menace" stuff is bullshit, the Chinese government being the only exception. I mainly dislike them because they treat White people like shit in the countries, and their customs are also very stupid and they flip out when you criticize them. And they're huge hypocrites, because they treat non-Asians like shit, then have the nerve to whine when they get the same kind of treatment.

And I dislike blacks, and Native Americans who scam and hate White people and play the victims.

And Muslims for obvious reasons.

And there are a few where I like the women, but I'm not particularly fond of the men (mostly South Asian countries)

I even dislike Polish and Americans, even though I'm both. They're so self-centered and nationalistic.

Oh, and I also despise U. S. soldiers and veterans because they feel entitled to special treatment and take their PTSD out on other people.

Damn, I dislike quite a lot of people. But I mostly dislike them because they hate White people, scam or are incredibly full of themselves.

If anything, it's against certain Jews. Definitely not all Jews, just those who refuse to assimilate, who have Yiddish accents, use Yiddish words, and who practice insular Jewish culture. I think they feel superior and are hostile toward Goys.

Some of the people I have liked the most and had the greatest respect for have been Jewish. I have zero problem with their ethnicity or ancestry. I just don't like the culture. And I really hate their victim mentality that goes all the way back to the Moses myth. Plus, they have the "Antisemitism" card. It gives them special infallible status.

I wasn't that way until I gradually started learning more about the Talmud, the origins of Bolshevism, Zionism, and Israel over the past 15 or 20 years.

I grew up in a family that is selectively racist towards Fijian and Samoan people. When I was 7, I had a best friend that was Fijian, and my family bullied me for it until I was 15, even though the friendship ended when I was 9. So over time I became prejudiced/racist towards those two races of people, as my family was. By the time that I was 17, I realised that there’s nothing actually wrong with either of those races, my family was just racist. So I’m no longer racist, and feel ashamed of how racist I was years ago due to influence from my family.

@KostasKouvalis It’s mostly a stereotype. There’s just as many white people causing crime as there are Pacifica/Maori criminals. But racist kiwis don’t like to admit it.

I saw a documentary recently that 52% of all prisoners in NZ are Maoris, despite making up only 17% of the country's population. And from my research, the areas with the highest crime rates seem to the ones where Maoris and people from other Pacific Islands live. The Maoris have a dark side that tourists don't know about. But of course there are White criminals too. But I was very surprised to learn that Kiwi cities aren't as safe as people think. Even touristy Rotorua has a high crime rate.

52% of prisoners are maori, but only for the reasoning of racist cops. A lot of white people get let off of charges. This is what I’ve seen myself, anyway.

When you read about crime etc, NZ does not seem safe. But our crime rates etc are truly nothing in comparison to places like USA. Most of our “criminals” are just drug dealers, like cannabis or meth. And that’s reasonably harmless. And most other crime is robbery or ram raids.

New Zealand isn’t as bad as it may seem. You’re not going to get stabbed or shot walking alone down the street in a place like Rotorua. You’re extremely unlikely to be harmed by anyone in any town unless you’re gang affiliated.

I saw people making that arguments in the comments, but after watching the whole documentary and listening to the Angel girl's story, I don't buy it. They just commit more crime. The only thing I might agree on, is they get harsher sentences than White people for the same crime.

Yeah, that's what I'm getting. Violent crime seems to be rare, though I have heard of tourists getting mugged, and I read Auckland's CBD has tweakers and homelesses, especially in the morning. Maybe coming from America, it wouldn't be so scary because we see this stuff all the time, but the thing is, that people don't expect these things in NZ, because it's always advertised as this safe eco-tourism utopia.

That's what I was thinking too. Some posts/articles I saw stated otherwise, but I haven't actually read any first hand stories of anything happening to tourists. New Zealand gangs seem fairly gentle compared to our gangs. LOL And surely they understand how important tourism is. And most of the crime is in neighborhoods where tourists have no reason to, maybe Auckland's CBD being the only exception. And some places seem less safe at night.

And like I said, reading about crime in South Africa for instance isn't shocking because it's expected there, but in NZ it's not expected.

Yes, I must admit that I have some prejudices. I'm trying to overcome them, but it will take some time.

When I was 11 years old, our local schools ended racial segregation and all of the black students were sent to previously all-white schools. The black students weren't happy about it, and maybe they were afraid of the new circumstances, but they reacted by being very hostile to all of the white students. So I disliked the black students for being so hostile and threatening. Those feelings resolved after I started college.

I've been prejudices against many times in my life but the one that stands out to me most was this time I had a door knocking sales job for an attic insulation company. And as I walked from one house to the next, there was a group of white guys that looked to be in their 30-40s sitting in their garage watching TV with some beer in hand and when they saw me with my folder, pen and nametag, they knew I was there to sell something. One of them yelled "What you want n**?" My dumbass ignored the racial slur and started my sales pitch and the guy who yelled at me threw his empty beer bottle at me which shattered a few feet away from me and said "fuck off". I ran outta there so fast 🤣

It is what it is man. Racism exists in the world. Just gotta be wary and try to avoid the situations as much as possible. There's no part of the world where no danger exists. I appreciate it though 😊

Yes. I used to be prejudiced against all Muslims (because of what they did to us.) But I got to know many of them and discovered that they are wonderful people.
Currently I only dislike Al Quaeda as well as the Taliban, Hamas, ISIS, Boko Haram, the Moros, etc, etc, etc...

I have. My mother and father taught me to dislike Jews. When I got "saved" as a Christian, that went away and I became a Zionist. I will admit this. I am still grated by Chuck Schumer. He is the stereotypical Ambulance Chaser my parents talked about.
