Because of a since-disproven, bogus allegation. However, Democrats no longer care that there was no conviction. They'll remove him based on a false accusation that's already been debunked; even with no conviction, because they simply want to!

The narrative must survive, no matter the cost to their credibility! And when they realize no one respects them anymore due to their lack of credibility, they'll just shoulder tap their foreign allies they treasonously made, and use brute force to suppress the angry populace.

Never mind that's disenfranchisement, which is an act of sedition that DEMOCRATS are now committing per the Constitution!

Worse: the provision they're citing in the 14th amendment doesn't even apply to what they're accusing him of! And get this: they're only a state-level court, which means they're not qualified to rule on federal amendments in that fashion to begin with!

Every single thing the court in Colorado is doing is illegal.

However, while I personally don't care about Trump; I DO care about legal precedent. If the courts in Colorado aren't forcibly - violently if need be - removed from the bench over this malfeasance and miscarriage of justice, tried, convicted, and sentenced to the gallows over this open act of seditious disenfranchisement - then its sets a legal precedent that a specific criminal racket (the Democrat Party) may, on a whim, remove anyone from the ballot at any time for any reason, including none at all!

Which means blanket disenfranchisement, as well as giving themselves permission to "legally" do that which they have already been busted in Maine and Arizona for doing illegally: ripping up ballots they don't like, and tampering with voting machinery.

They love to gloat over how they are doing this criminal thing to Republicans in order to neuter them. However, that's the diversion. Far too many Republicans agree with them on far too many things, and have effectively already neutered themselves.

The real war is on independents and third parties, and on you having a right to vote for any party other than the Uniparty. The republic has given way to a banana republic. One where doing what is lawful and right is frowned upon, and doing what is evil is celebrated. Where those in power act like they have no power to do that which is right; while they who do evil act as if they had unlimited power to do evil.

Far too many of these "judges" need to be heard gargling, their tongues wagging to-and-fro, as they swing from a rope!

So the Civil war ended and the people of the union was trying to reconnect the country. Big worry was the southern states doing the same thing again but inside congress.

The southern people were traitors even after the pardon fucking around and found out. (Side note That why old westerns havea lot of traitors wanting to die in the new west with dignity losing the Civil war.) So the 14 amendment was created freeing slaves but also barring traitors from being voted into office.

So we know what happened January 6th with the insurrection don started with his rally. Him saying lets all go to the capital building. That was enough for Colorado to say don is a traitor to the United States of America government and the constitution he was sworn an oath to protect.

Dosen't help that his lawyer say he never took that oath.

He had no due process. All it took was the "OPINION " that he participated in an insurrection, Which is false. He even said to his people to not be violent.. Just to protest peacefully. But Colorado has literally denied 50% of the population a vote because of idiotic politics. I hope it goes to SCOTUS..
