South Africa has filed a case against 🇮🇱 at International Court of Justice (ICJ), accusing 🇮🇱 of crimes of genocide against 🇵🇸 after months of 🇮🇱 bombardment killing 20K+, injuring 50K +, trapping thousands under rubble, & causing crippling destruction the occupied area.

🇿🇦 proclaims 🇮🇱 actions as “genocidal in character bc they are intended to bring destruction of a substantial part of 🇵🇸 national, racial & ethnical group….”targeting & Killing 🇵🇸 in Gaza, causing serious bodily / mental harm, & inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about 🇵🇸 physical destruction,”

3 leading 🇮🇱 officials declared intent:

🇮🇱 President Herzog ‘There are no innocents’ in Gaza”

🇮🇱 defense minister “🇮🇱 will impose collective punishment on the people of Gaza because they are ‘human animals”

🇮🇱 Prime Minister N. used biblical analogy as genocidal call.

ICJ (World Court) is a UN civil court that settles disputes between countries, different from International Criminal Court (ICC) which deals w/ individuals. As members of UN, both 🇿🇦 & 🇮🇱 are bound by the court.

🇿🇦 President Cyril Ramaphosa compared 🇮🇱 policies in 🇵🇸 with his country’s past apartheid regime of racial segregation imposed by white-minority rule, ending in 1994.

“ 🇮🇱 stated policy, acts & omissions are genocidal in character are committed with the requisite specific intent to the destruction of the 🇵🇸 people under its colonial occupation and apartheid regime in violation of its obligations under the Genocide Convention….. 🇵🇸 appeals to the international community Contracting Parties to the Convention to uphold their obligations & support the court hearings...” - Palestinian Ministry.

🇿🇦 said 🇮🇱 conduct violates UN’s Genocide Convention, called for expedited hearing & requested the court indicate provisional measures to “protect against further, irreparable harm to the rights of the Palestinian people” Per the Convention.

A socialist country (South Africa) that was highly influenced by Klaus Schwab (a real Nazi) of the World Economic Forum (Nazi Party) which infiltrated South African government files charges with a socialist Non-Governmental Organization that no one elected which is controlled by the World Economic Forum targeting Israel (i. e. Jews) for defending themselves against Islamic Socialists (i. e. Hamas) that have a strong history of being allied with the Nazi Party in WWII... What's to be surprised about... The Nazis are losing a proxies war and as a result running a propaganda campaign to smear Jews. That's pretty typical Nazi behavior...

I can't fault the South Africans. I can see what they see. My heart goes out to the Palestinians right now. I don't care about politics, right or left. I don't care about choosing sides or enhancing my profile on social media by cheerleading or likes or any of that. Almost 22,000 Palestinians are dead now, maybe more. That's what I'm concerned about. I looked at pictures of Gaza today. Parts of it look like Hiroshima and Nagasaki after the atomic bombs. Just complete destruction. I couldn't believe it. It looks like Stalingrad after the Luftwaffe got done with it. It's terrible. I'm not getting behind this.

I don't value the opinions of a nation known for apartheid and for being the rape capitol of the world, regarding human rights issues.

Also recently polls show Palestinians, about 80 to 90%, support Hamad (a terrorist organization), and are actively harboring them, supplying them and holding some of the hostages for them, yeah he's not that wrong.

I don't know what's with your seeming love if terrorists or terrorist supporters, but it's clear you're not a fan of democracy. Or even just basic human decent, considering I've not once heard you denounce the mass murder of jews or the mass rape, mutilation and murder of Israeli women and children.

Meh, Who cares, I don't have a horse in the race for Israel or Palestine. Though if I had to pick one I'd want Israel to win, they're better for stability. Like wanting a contractor who's clean, or on meth as your neighbor...

Where I think things are getting messed up is the US trying to get involved (in Ukraine as well), but only in a "just the tip" kind of way. We're pissing off our allies and appearing weak to our enemies. It would be better to do nothing and let Israel and Hamas fight it out. They've fought longer odds against the Egyptians and came out on top.

I'm not very informed, but I know civilians that have been born and raised where they are, are being randomly killed. That's a bad thing, if it needs to be said. These people have nowhere to go, there's nothing they can do but die. Obviously they need to be given an out in one way or another.

first be realistic most countries refused to recognize any international court because of lack of "representation" not choosing representative the whole thing is a lame show for fruitless publicity.

Well, the leadership of Hamas says they'll repeat the October 7 atrocities again and again, so there's intent on that side too. From where I'm sitting the two sides need to just have it out until someone surrenders. This is kind of how war has worked for centuries.

Interesting that they are charging Israel with genocide when the government elected by the Palestinian people are the ones who initiated the conflict by invading Iseal and killing 700+ Israeli civilians, and are clearly using Palestinian civilians as human shields.

Hamas must be eradicated or all of this will happen again and again. There will be no peace in the area until Hamas is destroyed and Iran is held accountable for its role in all of it.
