Not American so I don´t know who´s Vivek but aside from that my answer would be no because the problem is far more complicated than that. It´s not like they are asleep and you can convince them by giving them some kind of energy drink to get them wake up. Coming from Europe the situation is similar it´s clash of worldviews meaning there are two sides that look on the same situations coming to totally different conclusions.
It´s not just the media but academia is dominated by the left and Social Marxist theories like the whole idea that men are privileged and women are the victims also that gender is a social construct. That are ideas that are probably here to stay for longer.
I think what could be done is to flat the impact but you can´t completely convince them because what to you is an argument might not be to them and vice versa.

I think most of the woke could become unwoke if their points of view become unpopular again. If their double standards and entitlements are checked and revoked they will simply just fall back into line like lemmings. becoming woke at the moment is easier because it's normalized and they get on board out of a need to fit in and it's safer for them as well. That's how they became woke in the first place. I think if hanging Negros became normalized they will be the first to do it as well.

I was raised by ultra religious people and it came down to a moment where I either had to go insane with trying to be accountable for every single thought or consider then possibility that maybe religion was false. I chose the latter and from there I guess I got lucky and rode the stream provided by the right that was being made in an attempt to gradually shift everyone to the right. I went from republican to libertarian to liberal to Democrat each step of the way somehow finding the next messaging set prepared by the far right and worked backwards. I suppose I got lucky with the timing as that messaging was still in development - I may not have seen through it if is was a robust as it is today.

Yes, ultra right thinking is a nightmare, seen it, I didn't grow up with it. The "severely religious" suck and it's healthy to call them out. There's some reasonable position. Why you'd go so far left I don't get, that still sounds like security... being propelled away from the offenders of your soul. I'll say though, I started to slide left at one point, and it was based on feelings. Right was anethema. I'm somewhere middle right now. Yes... they manipulate and control same as I think left does. They know how to maniuplate and make messges to control, both sides. I saw that in 2000 with the Bush mind control over church... it was so obvious it made me puke. Others there couldn't see it... because they didn't want to. That said, the left doesn't make sense to me now and I attempt to listen to it. That's true for most issues, not all.
