Everyone hates rapist. Danny Masterson. Brock Turner. Harvey winstine. We all hate them right? So why are we not allowed to torture and kill them?
What would you do if you were to meet a rapist and wouldn’t get in trouble for what you would do to them.

Most likely due to all the false allegations. So would you be happy when people want to kill you because some stupid girl falsely accusses you of being a rapist? Just because that girl was bored? Anyway. No I would not be happy when people are allowed to kill rapists. For the same reason as I despise pedo-hunters. people who stalk "pedophiles" (or sometimes also false allegations of someone being pedo) and kill, beat up or turture them.

In some countries, rapists are killed after successful conviction. In others they are imprisoned for life.

It's not the "duty" of the public to be judge or executioner.

Never mind claiming it would only be the most guilty of the guilty, because the law doesn’t apply guilty in degrees. Every single prisoner in jail is just as guilty as the next guy. That’s how the law looks at it.

Well if they are innocent and found guilty then what’s life worth living for them? They usually end up in prison and on a registry. And we all know what happens to them in prison. Then they get released out on a registry and their lives don’t get easier. Why not a quick torture and then end it? Even if they are found innocent the damage would not be undone.

We have what is called due process in this country which they have to proven as rapists in court before they can be punished. Considering the ridiculous amounts of false accusations that women like Amber Heard have been making recently I don't want to see guys get lynched over an accusation.
