+1 yThe whole “feminism” is really a smokescreen that is guises the poisonous concept that if one group of people is more successful then the other it can only be due to “oppression”.
This heinous ideology proposes that the only remedy is to take away rights, property earned wealth, etc and from the successful group of people and redistribute among the dispossessed. In the other words they believe that “two wrongs make a right” to achieve “equality”. It’s communism and has been around since Karl Marx
But the irony is that western feminists are getting what they want and are finding themselves miserable about it. They keep doubling down and reaching for some sort of ill-defined nebulous concept “equality” and they are literally defying basic biology and evolution. It gives them short term benefits and ultimately makes them depressed.
Seriously did Mother Nature intend for women to be promiscuous and childless their entire lives? Did Mother Nature intend for women to “wear the pants” in male/female relationships? Did Mother Nature intend for men to feel paranoid for even approaching women let alone making a move because that might be “rape culture”. Did Mother Nature intend for women to feel “fulfilled“ by getting random likes and comments by strangers on social media vs a real person? Is that true “freedom and equality”?
One harsh reality men have to accept is we are not special just for existing. Younger guys don’t realize that right away until you had a few hard lessons. However men are only special via agency: what we are able to accomplish and achieve.
Hence women do not care how a man feels unless there is something in it for her (she finds him attractive, he has money, is talented, etc). Women who offer of value to men can still demand to be treated “special” just because they are women. But vice versa no f*cking way. So it’s no surprise feminists are tone deaf when it comes to the needs and sufferings of men. Part of the issue is women are naturally more selfish than men because there was a time in history it was necessary for survival. Most of them don’t even consciously realize it
Bottom line this scourge will only reverse when modern women realize they are the ones who are responsible for their own unhappiness. This could take years or even decades to have this reset happen. Men have to suffer first of course (we are the first casual in any war).
However what is happening right now is women wanting immediate gratification in exchange for long term misery.
But do not bring up how men are hurting with this. Modern women don’t care. Instead focus on asking them: are you truly happy in this new society? Stick to that because most of them really aren’t.

Some of these pound hard.
However, there are idiot males who expect special treatment because they proclaimed to be "alfa", it's like male version of feminism. It's not rare at all. - +1 y
1. There are some women who are childless/childfree by choice. They don't want to birth brats as they said.
2. I'm for equality, I mean why not?
3. And in a healthy relationship, both people should be able to decide on important matters, especially in regards to the relationship that can affect two people. No one is "wearing the pants". Why should they? - +1 y
@TenderFantasy I'm going to type after scratching my balls... there is something of everything. Wow. Who knew... for instance some "gender is a social construct" types argue that more men should be breast feeding and more women should work heavy construction. Our hormones clearly don't support that.
- +1 y
@TenderFantasy
1. There are some women who are childless/childfree by choice. They don't want to birth brats as they said.
Almost all western women are childless by choice. Becoming a mother is highly optional nowadays and nobody realistically speaking is being “forced” into it. But what I am really asking is being voluntarily life long childless really making women happy? Is having a ANTI-maternal instinct fulfilling for women?
2. I'm for equality, I mean why not?
You want “equality” when it comes to benefits not responsibilities. Seriously I don’t think you really know what true equality is. That is a rabbit hole discussion but there really is a long list of unchecked privileges women have over men in western society.
However getting into this is a exercise in futility when conversing with modern women. At best they might pay some quick lip service but you will never say a feminist holding a sign saying: “I want equal jail time for the same crime men commit” or “female suicide rates should equal male suicide rates” or “I want justice for victims of false accusations”. Never do feminists protests for “equality” when has to do with being more accountable.
But again above is all a zero sum game so what’s the point? So who cares if it doesn’t impact you, right?
3. And in a healthy relationship, both people should be able to decide on important matters, especially in regards to the relationship that can affect two people. No one is "wearing the pants". Why should they?
Yes in any healthy relationship two people should work to mutually benefit each other. But let’s be real: there is always one person who holds more power in the relationship. It literally has to be for this to work out. Someone needs to be the leader.

This use to be the job of the man by default. He was the protector and the provider. Even if he didn’t like make all the decisions all the time it was on him “to man up and be decisive”. Women would respect him less if he didn’t (and most secretly still feel this way).
Also that does not f*cking mean every man who wore the pants used the belt. In other words most men do NOT want to “enslave women” or “or beat them” or some disgusting nonsense. Wife beaters have been shunned and hated long before feminism took off in the 60s.
But again am I wasting my time saying above? Probably am. But do really want to date a guy who is passive, pleasing and submissive to you? Doubt it. But that’s what modern feminism is doing to men. It’s confusing the f*ck out of them. They are scared of being labeled “abusers” or worse being #metoo’d. So they take what women “say” they want for face value.
But do women really want men like this? Do you want a man like that? Always worried he might do something to upset you? Won’t make a move unless you make 110% obvious you want it? Afraid to approach you out of fear of being “creepy”? Afraid to make a move and be dominate in bed because he’s scared of you regretting it later and then turn around and him of something?
Seriously is that going to make most women happy? - +1 y
@ButtFloggedTroll being a so called “alpha” with women is becoming more dangerous nowadays. If he’s aggressive at work all it takes is one women to get him fired by saying “he made sexist remarks”. Even if it’s a complete lie HR will always take the woman’s word over the man’s. They are more afraid of being sued for sexual discrimination vs. being sued for wrongly termination. The leftist media will cover and broadcast the former and completely ignore the later too. So who do you think management will screw over first? The man or the woman?
Also some women believe “regret = rape” nowadays. So a so-called “alpha” aggressively hits on a woman and gets her in bed. She never says no, stop or does anything to communicate she doesn’t want sex. She likes being dominated in the moment.
The next day she wakes up and regrets. She convinces herself that it was consensual because she changed her mind later. Despite it being twisted she will accuse him of something whether he’s an “alpha” or not. - +1 y
"But do really want to date a guy who is passive, pleasing and submissive to you?"
Yes, I wouldn't mind that at all. Seriously. Less drama, headache and stress!
And who says I am against unfair justice laws geared to favor women over men? I don't. I wouldn't mind because equal equals equal. People should only dare to call me a hypocrite. If I break the law and get caught and get jailed for it as a result, I'd totally be okay with getting an equal senetence. After all, fair is fair!
"HR will always take the woman’s word over the man’s. "
I agree that it's a clown show right now, and it's gone too far, but I don't think I'd enjoy being man-handled or sexually forced to do something, that's just wrong.
You (and like many other men) have just all been happy to group all Western Women the same. Shame on you. - +1 y
@TenderFantasy me too. No pun intended. I prefer beta to alpha guys. They’re often sweet, sensitive, gentle and intelligent and less dramatic and egotistical than more dominant men. My long distance boyfriend is a more passive guy. I guess I’m a more dominant woman. I like our relationship to be equal. I’ll only dominate him in terms of telling him he needs to stop dreaming and take action (he’s very wise and smart but tends to be a dreamer, too).
- +1 y
@TenderFantasy “clown show” is an understatement when you got this type of disgusting insanity going on below.
My stepdaughter (18 f) accused me (45 m) of SA. She lied and now my wife just wants me to forgive her. What do I do? ↗
For the record I know most women are furious at false accusers like above. But why is it that “woman’s rights” advocates are usually conveniently silent about this bs above? - +1 y
@happywoman34 you like “passive” guys because they aren’t intimidating and more relatable to other women. Also just FYI absolutely no hetero man want to be called “a beta” (even if it’s true). Very deep insult.
That’s literally telling him he lacks masculinity and not a real man. I’m serious. So be careful to not let that slip with your boyfriend. And yes there are a rare minority of self proclaimed “cucks” out there but that’s more of a fetish then an identity. - +1 y
He’s not a cuck. He’s just not dominant by nature. You’re right though about not emasculating him. I don’t find alpha guys intimidating or masculine. I just find them arrogant, controlling and obnoxious.
- +1 y
@HappyWoman34 maybe you should stop using the labels “alpha” or “beta”. I admit I used it earlier but that what was to provide context.
But that label holds more power than you will ever realize. If he ever overheard you calling him “a beta male” it would likely devastate him. Even if he didn’t show it.
Above all else men want to be RESPECTED. And women naturally have little or no true respect for what they call “beta males”. They usually say they “like them” because they are more relatable to other women. That’s not same as real respect. So don’t ever use that label to describe him. It could slip in a moment of anger but at that point the damage is done.
And the whole “alpha vs beta male” it’s an oversimplification and stupid anyway. There was time I bought into myself but not anymore. It’s really just an excuse to bully people. Humans aren’t wolves (and even the original wolf study was later disproven).
https://youtu.be/YTyQgwVvYyc?si=einp8CUekgIXbspI - +1 y
Hmmm men really are a bit different from women at times. That’s interesting.
- +1 y
@HappyWoman34 right. But if women want to demand that men “listen to them” then vice versa is only fair. That’s actually the crux of my entire original opinion.
Women don’t give a sh*t about men who don’t directly benefit them somehow. Let’s say you didn’t have feelings for your boyfriend. Would you think twice about labeling him a “beta”.
Yet modern feminism makes demands of ALL men to treat women the way they want (regardless if the woman benefits the man or not). They are getting heard and getting their way too. - +1 y
Except in most parts of the non western world. Where it’s more ‘me too’ for men.
- +1 y
@HappyWoman34 and I’ve been to non-western parts of the world and over there it’s a completely different story. So I agree.
- +1 y
this has to be a joke.
1. Mother Nature didn't intend for women to feel paranoid y'all did that. y'all can't be mad at us for being wary of men when 81% of women have been sexually harassed in some way (www. nsvrc. org.). compared to 43% of men. I'm not trying to downplay the amount of male SA that happens, I'm just stating that there's a HUGE gap in male vs. female SA rates.
2. wydm by we demand to be treated special bc were women? I'm asking
3. men are 'more successful' than women because of historical patterns. the world is a man's world, 1,000%. men are praised for things women are degraded for. men make women unhappy by being degrading and seeing us only as wombs for their sons and daughters. this is a white man's world and we're all being forced to survive in it.
4. wdym sufferings of men. be serious be so serious right now what possibly could be such an issue in a mans world pls tell me. esp if ur talking about white men ofc racism is a problem to non white men but white men? id love to hear a bulleted list.
I seriously hope that u realize this is the exact person u wouldn't want around your daughter. men like you are putting these thoughts into the minds of young girls and making them insecure. Insecure girls vie for any attention from men, and this leads to so many issues, namely domestic violence and SA/R. you're also making young boys insecure with this mindset of they need to be this exact type of guy or else they're not good enough, which leads them to act exactly like you, and makes more little boys who grow up not respecting women at all. you're making a generation that's not confident in themselves or their abilities and frankly it's indirectly picking on little kids with no self confidence or defense against what you're saying and what respectable adult picks on little kids? you should be ashamed tbh. - +1 y
@aries_rat_08 I wish you the absolute best of luck and enjoy the sugar high while it lasts. I scanned a few sentences to what you said above but I immediately grew completely tone deaf to your rant given:
1) you obviously didn’t read my latter comments with the other two women on this thread. We debated but but were not arguing. We actually found common ground on a few things. But I know it’s impossible for people such as yourself to comprehend that difference though. So why bother reading the context. If someone disagrees with you they must hate you, right?
2) you assumed sexism is closely related to racism. Hence you are accusing me of being prejudice against anything that is “intersectional”. Yep yep I know your type.
3) you personally insulted me with the “ I seriously hope that u realize this is the exact person u wouldn't want around your daughter”. But again people like you somehow believe you can change hearts and minds by insulting people.
Anyway why waste your time wokesplaining me anyway? All you did was piss me off and further intrench my viewpoints.
And the western world is YOURS right now. It really is. But instead just keep pushing and pushing and pushing. Pretend when you hurt men it will never ultimately hurt women. And who cares what I think right? I’m naturally an “oppressor”. The enemy. The bad guy. Etc. Any discrimination and prejudice I get in society is well deserved just because I exist, correct?

Damn, your young. The white male as you put it, let's correct that to all males first, and men regardless of there social standing, have shaped most of the modern world. Women had to fight to vote, to drive, to get out of the house. When I was younger in the late 70's early 80's my mother changed position' in the company she worked for, becoming a purchasing agent, her pay was reduced, from what the former male buyer was receiving by 20%, the reason given, was he is male, and has to support a family, your just a women, so accept it. She was divorced, with two twin boys. So do I go for the feminist crap where they get pissed for opening a door no, I am, and will always be a gentleman, i will protect them from harm, i will open doors, pay for a date, give them a jacket when cold, and escort them to there car, but i also respect a strong women. You seem to have a lot to learn, the days of I love Lucy mentality is over, women are equals to men, but are still women, try learning it's 50/50 there is no gender roles in relationships.

711 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. No trend last forever. There was a time in the US when men had many right and women had far fewer. That trend has reversed and is becoming extreme in favor of women all with the support of men in positions of power. However, the trend cannot continue because our society cannot be productive when men are not productive.
When a high percent of men refuse marry to due to the very high risk and extreme bias of the laws and family courts; when men start going their own way, and even worse when men fail to produce anymore than the minimum it takes for them to live, the costs to our society becomes so great that changes will be make or else our society will collapse.
Men produce everything a society needs to prosper--road and highways, buildings, houses, telecommunications, garbage collection, and all oil production and utilities. Therefore, if men fail to produce, the US becomes a third world country.

I love the advantages we are given. However, there is no free lunch and I don't want to pay the cost. When close to a third of guys in there 20's are still living at home because they would rather lay around sorry rather than earn the most they can in order to attract pretty women, that is a big cost in lost production to our society. I can't see it directly but I know it is there.
When public schools and colleges are a hostile environment to boys and young men, the result is 3 women graduating college to every 2 women, instead of close to 2 men for every girl like it was when my grandmother was my age that greatly limits the kind of men I want to marry. When the laws and family courts are so biased in favor of women, men may be slow learners but they not stupid. Moreover, add that to the fact that 80% of women are chasing after the top 20% of guys, the very guys I want, those guys are choosing to have a harem of women over marriage.

there's a lot of focus on women and children in social policies and media narratives. This is largely because through history these groups have been marginalized and still face significant challenges. There’s a push to right past wrongs and address ongoing inequalities.
However, saying that nobody cares about men is an overstatement. It’s more like their issues are less spotlighted. Men’s struggles like mental health, high suicide rates, workplace fatalities etc are serious, but they don’t get the same level of public attention. This doesn’t mean they’re less important. So yes, women and children’s issues get a lot of attention and also yes that men’s issues are under discussed. Both are true, so the challenge is finding a way to include everyone’s struggles.82 Reply- +1 y
Is this the new feminist strategy? To pretend to care lol?
- +1 y
Thank you for such an equal response. It is in fact true that men's issues are not given much attention compared to those of women. But any problem deserves to at least be considered. The world will be a much better place when and if we can achieve solidarity between everybody, and that includes men and women. We really aren't too different if you look at it from different perspectives.

So half the population is female that in totality of history not given any kind of rights until recently. Basically bottom of the barrel equally accross the globe.
So the higher any society raise women accross the board the better the society is overall. Key point being pregnancy something that is equally nessary and loved but also disgusted and mock at by society. So a society that can balance that is the difference between Tribal or authoritarianism and a decent democracy.
Raising tides raises all boats and we should fight for human rights for everyone from the bottom up. But people call that socialism throwing the baby with the bathwater and why you and majority people get washed out.
This is why feminism is your alley. To protect feminism no one can be left behind otherwise it will collapse the entire movement. You are only as strong as your weakest defense. That's how second wave feminism collapse being equally racist for the time. That created 3ed wave.
People are now talking about 4th wave feminism that includes all gender. This is why we are steep into trans rights today. Not to get into much of that but these are larger leaks at the deepest part underwater of our boat of a society.
So ya a complete overhaul of basic necessities as a minimum standard. That first step is feminism.

But society has always seen men as disposable, we are the ones that fight the wars, do the dirtiest most dangerous jobs on the planet, and also build the infrastructure that lets society function, when you come down to it the only ones that men can count on is themselves, we do not have the safety nets to catch us that have been put in place for women.
Maybe you should have a look at videos below then decide if your are going to go through life letting society use you.

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yThe whole world is feminist because a certain group with its origins in the Middle East promotes it daily through their media and through folks like Gloria Steinem, Betty Friedan, etc. Of course, none of this is because men are bad, but this group knows that if men are not the head of the country or their family, it will cause major disruptions and schisms to the very heart of society. It’s very destabilizing. And historically, this group always causes disruptions.
The same thing is occurring with white folks. Imagine, whites and specifically white men, built the entire civilization that other races and women benefit from. Gratitude? Hardly — it’s easier to sh¡t on us. The only thing is, once we’re gone, the entire civilization we created goes to. Can you imagine Latins or Africans running anything without it going into the ground? This is a serious question. Just look at all of our cities — Republicans, who cower in fear of being called racist, blame our cities on Democrats — but that is stupid — many very nice towns and states are run by Democrats. What really matters is who is living there.
I shudder at the thought of what a brown America will act like. — given the track record of Latin America and Africans in general.
And sadly, giving women the right to vote (with their emotions) meant the end of our society. It’s no wonder why advertisers and politicians go after the women vote — they are the most easily manipulated.10 ReplyI am a woman and I agree with you. It almost feels that it is being exaggerated.

Anonymous(25-29)+1 yI always hated the word "rights" in this regard because no one is really talking about rights here. Rights are freedoms from government control that originate from being human and not from government, otherwise those rights are useless. Actual rights include freedom of speech, freedom to bear arms, freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures and individual property ownership.
Rights are things you have even in the absence of government. They are designed to take power away from government, not the opposite which is why healthcare isn't a right because you can't make it one without increasing power.
As for this ridiculous and unnecessary gender war, it seems the MRAs (which are only named that because feminists originally called them this to insult them saying "MEN's rights? How silly" and they just took it and ran with it) are gaining some ground. For example, the word "misandry" is getting more and more commonly used by the average person.

+1 yThe "whole world" is not so feminist. Go to Arabic, go to African countries, or go to South & Southeast Asian countries. In many areas women have less rights than a cow.
It's only western society, specifically in countries like America / UK / Canada - which are increasingly pathetic & weak countries as proven by the incredible amount of drug abuse, welfare living (which was meant for a temporary solution not to raise families on), and other unsavory behaviors - wherein corrupted feminism is so predominant.
And it's not that feminism is overly predominant - because today's modern "feminist" is little more than a disgusting slut that sexualizes herself & what original feminism was against - as more unsavory immoral delinquent behavior is becoming increasingly common and is increasingly considered the "norm" in these weak pathetic countries.

Duuuuude. Newsflash, and this may come as a shocker, but men's rights is and has been a thing for oh.. the beginning of many civilazations. It's called patriarchy and is deeply entrenched in our society. This is why child labor laws only came into effect in the United States in the late 1800s to early 1900s (and are being challenged by some Republican-led coalitions today) and women were given the right to vote at the same time.
If you want 'men's rights trends', all you need to do is open your eyes. Men have the law of the land, although that's, thankfully, changing with the progress of time and society.

If you go abroad to many of theses places you will find the feminist influences are from them using our power to corrupt them as they had us.
There is a good argument that this effort is largely responsible for most of the backlash we get from the rest of the world including the Islamic world. They don't really care about our wars (everyone always wars) soo much as this toxic feminism corrupting and killing their culture.
Given the disastrous effect of this form of feminism they may have a point as it must seem to them to pose a existential threat given what is happening to us.20 ReplyWhite men really don't have a hard time. We do however see that we are slowly losing our privilege. This might feel like the world is against you, but it is not.
Back in the day, we were in charge of everything. There where only men in the workplace. If females were there, they were our secretaries and were fired once they got married (or in very progressive companies: pregnant).
Even if you weren't really in charge of anything, you where still in charge of your wife and kids.
So yes, white men are losing ground. They have to compete against women and minorities in the workplace. When you treat your wife wrong, she can ask for a divorce.
It is important to acknowledge this, but it's not like men are losing rights. Only people like incels and misogynists Andrew Tate are peddling this narrative.

10 ReplyThe term "feminist" denotes advocacy for gender equality, not female dominance. Societal shifts aim to address historical gender disparities. While feminism has made substantial progress, challenges persist for both genders. Men's rights movements exist, addressing issues like fatherhood rights, mental health stigma, and workplace challenges. Some argue that men's issues have gained less attention, leading to the emergence of men's rights activists. It's essential to foster inclusive conversations, recognizing diverse gender experiences. Achieving true equality involves addressing concerns for all, promoting empathy, and dismantling stereotypes that limit both men and women.

+1 yThe original emphasis on protecting women and children is because they are essential to growing families. However, to act like men aren't also important is foolishness.
And social engineering to denigrate men is not an accident. The Neo-Sanhedrin is so insecure about its own manhood, even as it seeks to resurrect the Tower of Babel, that it feels the only way to keep Swiss (not actually Jewish) prosperity intact, is to make it illegal for men anywhere else to be men.
So the emasculation of everyone is a global and deliberate movement. Indoctrination of women into Kate Millet's disease is to serve that same purpose, and deceive women into self-sabotage. Until all the rest of us are too weak and foolish to resist those who'd bring us nothing but slavery and death.

By making feminine good enough as masulin, you can have men being free to be vulnerable, emotional (feminine) as well. But It's so sickening men complaning about this, if you as a man feel there are issues w men than men need to address that, not expect women to. Men had no issue until women talked about theirs, so it seems like just another competition w women. If you wanna talk about men's issue due that by all mean, but not by dragging women down talking bad about feminism.

The Prophet stated that God Almighty was going to allow another evil nation to Judge that evil nation's women, by invading and raping and murdering them all as a final punishment from God, at least before they went to Hell itself.
Now he was talking about ancient Israel actually, but I'm seeing a parallel between the United States and Western Europe and Australia all mimicking ancient Israel. Back then, the women were burning their infant babies on an altar to the false god, Baal. Today the women simply slaughter their babies before they are even born. After all, why bother feeding the baby anything if you are just going to murder him at the first opportunity anyway?

You're just the same as everyone else and it is not a white man issue. You're no better than the women. No smarter than them either. Nothing superior or better about you.

+1 yThe virus that is feminism has been spread throughout the world by social media, but there are places where men are fighting back. The best example I can think of is South Korea, where they elected an openly antifeminist president and the young men there will mock and spit on women perceived to be feminists. This sounds harsh but considering the damage feminism has done to the fabric of society they are right to do so. In the West more men are waking up which is why Andrew Tate was more Googled than Kim Kardashian which has had a massive positive impact on young men here. Feminism is a disease and the Red Pill is the cure.
00 Reply Welcome to reality. In this society nobody gives a damn about men, and when you do care about men and try to make your voice be heard, they cancel you and try to silence you, all while allowing more and more misandry to reign supreme without ever having to be taken down.

The whole world is not necessarily feminist, as there are diverse opinions and beliefs about gender equality across different cultures and societies. However, the feminist movement has gained significant momentum in recent decades, advocating for the equal rights and opportunities for women.
There is also an emerging movement for men's rights, which focuses on issues such as unequal custody rights, high rates of male suicide, and the treatment of men as fathers and husbands. This movement seeks to address the unique challenges and discrimination faced by men in society.
It's important to recognize that gender equality benefits both men and women, and efforts to advocate for the rights and fair treatment of both genders are valuable in creating a more inclusive and just society. Both the feminist and men's rights movements play a crucial role in addressing gender-based discrimination and inequality.00 Reply

You'll have to explore this stuff on the internet yourself.11 Reply- +1 y
I read down this thread and the ones that attacked you... they're what I would call blue-pilled and they will take you as a threat just for considering men as anything other than the worst of the worst. They're the Yang to the Ying and what brings you to even ask this question I imagine. Go on youtube and look up 'Better Bachelor, Undead Chronic, Sandman' and I think that's a good start. You came here with a question and there is no reason people should be attacking you unless what you're doing is a personal offense to them for some reason. You'll have to take some time to listen to the arguments and you don't have to agree with everything... that's how it works.
Little do these blue-pilled Disney channel lovers know, that taking swipes at you is only going to make you even more red-pilled.

+1 yI've never felt that way. I care for all people equally. In my job as a nurse I give equal treatment to men, women and children. I think it's natural though that some people are going to gravitate towards issue affecting one particular gender more than others. Though the media does this as well. I'm not saying this is good or right but it is what it is. That's why I try to block out as much media as possible so I that I don't get stuck conforming to social trends.

+1 y... I don't even know what to say. what makes you think there would NEED to be any mens rights trends. give me 5 specific examples of men being oppressed like women are just for being male. here's 5 ways women and children are oppressed that you can easily google and learn more about <3
1. pink tax
2. recently, alpha male podcasts
3. child marriages being allowed in multiple US states with parental consent
4. anywhere from 10-17% of US girls (under 18) were abused/harassed by older men in some way (before you ask, the rate for boys is 4-5% <3)
5. US not having mandated maternity leave
and coming on here saying white men are victimized is crazy. that's so wild bc like white men are the least victimized people in the world ever. pls stop listening to Andrew Tate and step outside pls pls pls. give me a valid argument and ill listen but there's no way ur truly coming in here saying white men have a hard time PLS07 Reply- +1 y
I'm usually not one to push the whole men v women debate, but saying men don't face issues that need addressing is kind of crazy. This isn't to say that women don't face issues because, as you so eloquently stated, they do. I'll give you 2 strong examples
1. Men in the US are required to sign up for the draft. We literally all have the chance to be sent off to war and die, regardless of our views on the country. Women don't.
2. Men suicide rates are significantly higher than women's because the alleviating avenues don't fulfill the the needs of men.
- +1 y
@Infinity_Soup I didn't mean to imply that men don't face challenges, I know they do. I was just trying to put into perspective the imbalances in daily life of men/women. I don't really like the whole men v women debate, I just can't stand the whole alpha male mindset it makes me so sad.

- +1 y
@aries_rat_08 alright thanks. Feel better you apologized. This isn’t a simple subject anyway. But anyway I wish you the best and get some rest.
- +1 y
5 examples easy.
1: men make up 8 out if 10 workplace injuries, 9 out of 10 work place fatalities, and 99 out of 100 combat deaths in the military.
2: men consistently get thier children stolen from them in family court
3: men are required to sign up for selective service to vote, women are not.
4: if a man is bieng abused by his wife or girlfriend and he calls the cops, he is the one going to jail. Also women can go to shelters to escape abuse , men can't.
5: there are over 100 departments if the government that specifically benefit women,, there are 0 for men. If you want an example go to womenhealthcare. gov and you will find a website full of useful health information. If you go to menshealthcare. gov and you will find error 404 website not found. - +1 y
@aries_rat_08 didn’t realize you were 15. I’m glad I kept my cool earlier with you. Also yes it was weird that you responded to me despite us have no conversation earlier.
Anyway things are a lot more complex in the real world that what you have seen so far. Also the education you are receiving right not now is NOT impartial. You brought up some facts that have been taught to you. But have you been taught in school that men have 4x suicide rates?
Anyway I care about figuring what IS right vs. BEING right. There is a difference.
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yIt's telling that you grouped women and children together in this, because it's at the core of the issue. Like children, as a group women are viewed as weak, naive, innocent and vulnerable. It's an outdated mindsent (for women, not children), yet it is the primary tool feminist leverage to perpetuate the "women as victims, men as perpetrators" trope on which the feminist movement continues to rely so heavilly for its never ending quest for power over men.

Yes it is. You asked if the entire world only cares about women and children so I shared my thoughts. If you disagree that's fine. It is very narrow-minded and anecdotal on your part to think that everyone in the world only cares one way. That isn't an opinion. You can feel how you feel in your life experiences with people which is your experience. That doesn't mean it applies to everyone else you've never met. Not an argument just something for you to think about because your way of thinking sounds like you're victimized somehow by this belief you have. That's how you sound in your post. That doesn't mean it that's what you feel or mean. That's just how I interpreted your post. If I'm wrong my apologies.

Battle slavery, genital mutilation, reproductive options, discrimination in education, discrimination in employment, discrimination in housing, and the incredible mess of family and domestic abuse laws, just off the top of my head.
Kinda puts public toplessness into perspective, no? - +1 y
1. Women have the right to genital integrity
2. Women have the right to vote without agreeing to die
3. Women have the right to choose parenthood
4. Women have the right to be assumed caregivers for children
5. Women have the right to call unwanted, coerced sex rape
Additionally due to the Duluth model, Women are automatically considered the victim in domestic violence situations even if the man did nothing, did not fight back and so on.. Perhaps take the feminist glasses off, and wake up.. - +1 y
Lol im called a feminist just for asking a question? You guys are always so triggered by ANYTHING. You have the most fragile egos when questioned. You guys are not stripped of any rights. You just make poor decisions. I’m not buying this.

Besides resorting to phrases like fragile ego strongly indicate you have no argument, and you're not mentally equipped to debate this.

In america, they can't refuse selective to my knowledge. Circumcision is a violation of the rigth to bodily autonomy.
In my country, my right to vote is tied to my obligation to defend the country in times of war. Women have no such obligation.
Western women also have gender quotas and affirmative action programs
Which are actually illegal given the fact that all western countries have laws prohibiting gender discrimination

To me, "Rights" is a slippery slope. I can fight for the right to be a construction worker at my next job interview, but with my 5''2 frame, weak arms, 104lbs weight, I doubt I'd be hired next to a 55'11, 250 lbs type of dude with a six pack that's also interested in the job. I wouldn't be hired unless it was my own company or I had some sort of nepotism influence. Harsh truth but yeah. Just named one right there. Sure I could apply for the job, but actually getting the job is a different story. I have the right to blow anyone's head off that I was mad at, especially if I was armed with an ak-47 and I truly hated his guts. But will I go to jail and be on death row? You betcha. Especially if there were witnesses or I got caught, either on video or through dna evidence, etc.
- +1 y
5''11 my bad.
- +1 y
@TenderFantasy I see.
Where I'm at however women can and do sometimes apply or study for construction jobs. Over here they don't do the heavy manual labor however. We got mostly machines to do all that for us. Still the men far outnumber women.
But that's how it is in Germany. Nothing like that would be similar in other nations e. g. Thailand.
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yIt’s because women complain about everything even if they found the perfect guy and lived in the perfect circumstances they would still create reasons to be unhappy. A lot of women just love being miserable and the people that are caring individuals fall into there narcissistic trap.

"This will end badly for everyone" Even though what you're talking about, according to you, affects only white men, but because it's bad for white men it's bad for everyone. There's not a better explanation about how deluded and sexist your mindset is.
Asker+1 yI'm not sexist. I may be wrong that this will end badly for everyone, but I have the impression that people are more and more divided and it will get even worse. maybe if there are no white men, everyone will be happier. Maybe it's just me, but being left out of any social group is not good. Good luck

Social groups are your concern? @Asker
Asker+1 yYes, but it doesn't matter. Becouse it's just me.
- +1 y
If you try to bring up serious societal issues that are ending young mens lives at an unprecedented rate you’re mocked and called a “mass shooter”.
Honestly this sounds like borderline harassment and all your doing with it just proving how much privilege you have while pretending to be oppressed. Too better. - +1 y
@DarkWinterNights
It's actually just how you go about it. For example, what led me to thinking he sounds like a mass shooter is his constant suggestion that this will end badly for everyone, even though the issues he describes affect men. Follow that, with I quote, "Maybe it's just me, but being left out of any social group is not good." and then doubly followed by a "Good luck." and you got someone who sounds like a mass shooter.
There's certainly some social issues that men face and white men face that the world ignores, but they're not at the bottom of the social ladder, and they're not excluded in social groups, just this asker is. On the flip side, there are also plenty of entitled white men who think they are above everyone else who claim they experience racism or sexism because of stuff that does not keep them above everyone else. This is represented in the asker's "This will end badly for everyone" implying that the misjustices that white men face are so big and/or horrendous it negatively effects not just white men, but actually everyone, which is why I specifically replied to this comment and called out that logic and what it means for his mindset.
You'd be wise to not just jump in haphazardly with dumb assumptions, and actually check who you are defending and what people are criticizing about them. Similarly so, you hardly seem like someone who cares about men social issues, but instead come off as another entitled white guy. - +1 y
Can't edit but tack a "because of your response to me here" to the end of my last comment there.
- +1 y
I really can’t formulate an effective response because I don’t feel like we’re even talking about the same thing here. It feels like you’re coming from the “whiny white man on the internet has hurt feelings” and it’s impossible to fully explain to someone how bad things are for men in the West (and Asia) as a whole, regardless of color to someone who instantly views other peoples problems as some sort of threat.
Maybe I’m viewing the OP’s perspective on too much of a macro-scale and I’m the one out of pocket, but I also just grow tired of the instant bullying anytime a man comes forward with a problem. - +1 y
@DarkWinterNights
"to someone who instantly views other peoples problems as some sort of threat."
