Over the course of the years I have seen once good neighborhood fall one after the other from illegals and ghetto people moving in. I have been all over the USA and I can't find a single place that's not trashy. You are correct about recovery. USA is done. It will now just continue to spiral into a third world country, which it already highly resembles. In about 100 hundred years it will literally look like Mega City One in Judge Dredd's world.
