The database included information of current and former federal law enforcement officers with records relating to: criminal convictions, suspensions, terminations related to misconduct, civil judgements, resignations or retirements while under investigation for serious misconduct, sustained complaints or records of disciplinary actions, and commendation and awards.  The executive order also directed the U. S. Attorney General to publish a report with this collected data at least once a year. The White House sent a statement to the Washington Post, defending the change and calling the database “full of woke, anti-police concepts that make communities less safe like a call for ‘equitable’ policing and addressing ‘systemic racism in our criminal justice system.’” The now rescinded executive order banned chokeholds and carotid restraints, provided “clear guidance for use-of-force standards,” developed “anti-bias” training and guidance, restricted no-knock entries, supported “officer wellness,” strengthened recruitment and hiring, and shared federal best practices with other law enforcement agencies.  Donald Trump shut down the nation's first database tracking federal police officer misconduct, according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics. The National Law Enforcement Accountability Database was originally proposed by Trump in 2020 amid the killing of George Floyd, but didn’t actually launch until former President Joe Biden signed an executive order two years later, according to the Washington Post who first reported this story. The EO aimed to “commit to new practices in law enforcement recruitment, hiring, promotion, and retention, as well as training, oversight, and accountability,” according to the DOJ Statistics. The site now reads "EO #14074 was revoked by Trump. As a result, the National Law Enforcement Accountability Database is no longer active.”

I think the piece of shit cops need to be exposed. Anything that supports hiding them doesn't get my approval. And I've seen it in real life. They get busted for bad shit like planting evidence or rape and instead of getting fired... they get moved to a small desert town and they continue to do the same shit.

I'm about to get the spelling of names wrong... forgive me. Derrick Shovan and the Fentanyl black guy. I feel like the Fentanyl black guy got what he deserved... but at the same time, that cop had a history of being a piece of fucking shit. He literally is the type of cop that would pin you down during a medical emergency and not care. He had a track history of doing that shit. The hammer should've came down on his first fuck up or the second and not some highly televised moment with a black guy he used to work with as a bouncer.

He was a bad cop and despite me thinking the guy that tried to buy shit with counterfeit bills and shove drugs in his mouth had it coming... I still feel that particular cop should've had it came already and let him try his hand at a new job. You can look up what I'm talking about... he was a fuck up of a cop that was basically getting a break everytime he fucked up... until it was on TV.

With all that said... I'm not going to be a ACAB soy bitch about cops, but I'm not going to praise them when I don't know them either. If they're fuck ups they need to get exposed and fired.

To put it another way... pretend I'm a plumber and you want me to fix your toilet. I fuck it up. I come back and fuck it up like 3 times more. You tried to make a Yelp review but it's removed because plumbers are doing God's work. So other people heir me. I fuck their shit up too. It's obvious I'm not good at my job, but I'm protected and the very next person that suddenly has a toilet issue and has never heard off me... I will be there lickity split and flood her entire bathroom with shit and piss because I don't even remember to turn the water off when I get to work. A retarded plumber that is protected. We don't really allow that to happen.

But for some reason a shit cop get protected. Someone that is all for the cops better explain that one to me. I'm not on their side with that shit.

I'm very torn with this, if it's really just filled with "woke anti police concepts" then It should be cut and replaced with a better system.

Maybe removing qualifying immunity for the police officers, or better yet removing it for the police chief would be the best case. To keep the police force in line.

Police have a tough job so there needs to be protections for them, problem is those protections also allow bad cops to continue to be bad cops with little or no consequences.

Tax payers are paying the lawsuits so nobody on the police force really cares all that much. But if you could sue the police chief personally for refusing to fire a bad cop, or hiring a know bad cop then that would end the practice of keeping bad cops on the force immediately.

I could never work in the police. Just not worth it. Not enough money or respect. Could end up with a violent Criminal like George Floyd dying in custody and you get the blame and lose your job.
