Should the child support system, Snap benefits, low income housing, and other government assistance programs be redeveloped?

I’m in a state where low income housing program is kicking everybody out of their places and going through a complete redevelopment. Snap benefits have also changed. Low income housing directors are saying that it’s time to go to work. People that needed low income housing couldn’t get the assistance. People that were in low income housing started off with one child and suddenly ended up with many kids. Those that were able to work instead let a man with money such as a firefighter, military, or someone else with money pay the bills. They were taking men with money to court for child support after having the child. They use the child support money to buy expensive hair and etc. different people including men also were buying expensive cars while living at the low income housing. So many people were comfortable with letting tax payers foot the bill.

snap assistance here has also changed. Every month you are now required to show you working, or show you in college. Your employer now is required to fill out the paperwork instead of you filling it out. You have to fill out tons of paperwork every month and have interviews regularly. You also have to show your bank statements every month. They have to speak with everyone in your household or a family member that have to explain how you are affording your food and supporting yourself.

people were getting $1800 or more in food stamp benefits plus the Tea program. they were having kids to get more, and also selling the food stamp benefits to others.
