Basically, it won't be long until we have very functional AI military robots. not just dumb drones with cameras, but with AI hunt and kill orders, will military skills

for USA, if you say someone else, you are wasting my time. you don't get that choice. foreigners get that choice.

maybe it's favorable to have such machines, but it's a scary future. I'm concerned for humanity honestly...

Any such "agreements" would serve only as a means of punishing private citizens or companies who aren't properly connected. National governments, especially the most powerful ones are never held to account for much of anything.
