Apparently Biden is even when it's written right in front of him.
Most aren’t too bright on this website.
I’m bad but Biden’s gaffe was inexcusable

What was even more disgusting is Biden apologizing to the murder. It was Marjorie Taylor-Greene who made Biden go off script this is why they have to keep Biden locked away in a basement. What the real question is what drugs they had him on? Maybe meth? Cocaine? Adrenochrome?
Yeah that’s Biden for you I would feel sorry for him if he wasn’t a piece of shit.
Im terrible at remembering names. I'll remember your face before I'll remember your name. I always feel so bad when someone comes up to me. Remembers me remembers my name and I just can't place them or remember their name. Haha I will always just avoid saying names and use other words and hope I hear their name soon. Haha
I am very bad at remembering names.. And my brain gives a random name to the person and I call them with that name without realizing that I attribute that name which is quite embarrassing and rude
Omg. I’m terrible with names and faces.
It took me 7 months to learn the names of people in my graduating class. I will don’t know 1.
As a kid (21) I kept getting my roommates face mixed up with other chicks on campus. Her face and style blended in with others so I was confused.
I'm so bad that I forgot my wife's name three times in a row when we first met. However, she forgave me since our mutual friends told her I've done that with almost everyone.
I also remembered almost every single detail of our previous conversations except her name which took her aback like, "Wow, how did you remember that but can't remember my name?"
Proper nouns and numbers are the most difficult for me. I think it's because my memories are mostly nonverbal in nature. I don't remember exact words so well.
I remember something more like a silent film with visuals, sounds (but not words), music, tactile qualities, smells, tastes, but not words verbatim. Yet I can usually recall the gist of what the words are spoken because I can play back the silent film in my head and infer most of it.
But with proper nouns and numbers like phone numbers, that has to be so exact, so verbatim, or else it's wrong. That requires too much precision for the way my memory works
Yet I tend to alarm people with how well my non-verbatim memory works like I'd ask my bartender, "Who was that guy who has shown up twice now? Both times he ordered three shots of dark rum and then a snack, the first time being mixed nuts and the second combu. He has a soft spot for pirates films and loves to vacation in the Phillipines. Both times he showed up, he wore a black suit together with a white shirt, and he had what looked like a coffee stain on his left cuff. [...]"
Bartender: "That's Hiroshi! Wow, how did you remember all that? You didn't even talk to him! But you can't remember his name?"
Me: "Yeah, my memory is kind of weird."
Or perhaps another analogy is pixel art:
Pixel art is extremely low resolution so with limited memory, we can still store a boatload of it. I think that's what my brain does in a way is that it reduces everything to its lowest-resolution representation so that I can remember a whole lot at a low-resolution level.
Yet if we imagine like a 16x16 pixel canvas, that can represent a whole lot of things but it doesn't have enough pixels to store a name or a phone number. It can represent like a dog, cat, tree, flower, suit, pizza, soccer ball, computer, all sorts of stuff, but it doesn't have enough room to represent text except for like a single letter.
Not horrible , sometimes I will just draw a blank for no reason but In my defense some people are just NOT that memorable
um "say her name" yikes, they know it was needed to instruct, but he is "fit" sarcasm.
No, but I am not as good at it as some people I've met
Yes. But only because I don't usually put a lot of conscious effort in remembering names.
Not too bad… but you get it wrong ONE time and she never speaks to you again 🙄
Yeah. Especially in my uni, I got terrible at remembering names. I do remember the faces of the people I meet but names slip my mind every now and then.
I'd begin worrying about dementia if I wasn't just as bad when I was in my late teens. I could remember names worth of darn.
I doubt whether I could ever forget your name;)
omggg yes i have to have nicknames for people 😭
