Is paw patrol racist?

Someone made a rant post on Twitter, Accusing paw patrol and Nickelodeon, is being racist cuz how Zuma is seen and how they him differently, compared to the other pups. If any of you don't know who Zuma is, it's the one in the orange.

So is paw patrol really racist because of Zuma? Or the person on Twitter is just overreacting? And I think the post was removed on Twitter.

i wouldn't say its racist.
but there was a breakdown made by matpat/film theory on his rate of appearances compared to say chase. (mainly a theory on how dogs are disposable workers, watch if you're bored lol)
also the dude is basically a lifeguard. it's a bit of a "niche" class of rescue pup.
