Why is crime decreasing in San Francisco, and Chicago, but increasing in District of Columbia, and New York City?

Because people are fleeing Sanfransisco and Chicago in the hundreds of thousands a year and illegal aliens are being imported in NYC at twice the rate.

Chicago has also seen an increase in migrants, but unlike New York, crime is decreasing in Chicago.

According to Chicago police. However crime is up 13-15% in New York, and up 39% in DC.

Its the same in Chicago the police just don't file the case they don't have to investigate

No homicides are down in Chicago. Life expectancy also had a decrease in NY, and DC. You can’t hide life expectancy no matter what the laws, politics, are. Chicago has seen an improvement unlike New York, and DC. That’s the reality.

I could also argue New York votes more democratic, and is softer on crime, than Chicago. I don’t know what’s wrong with DC, maybe a bad economy?

Crime is rampant in usa everyone knows that the states can't fund the police and they only file cases that can't be avoided, plus how many pending cases are there in usa that's the real police

It’s not rampant anywhere in some states like Vermont, Idaho.
