It will never change, and there isn't an independent option. The national divorce just means that America would have two presidents and two governments. My team wouldn't give amnesty to illegals, and the blue team would.

Special counsel prosecutor Robert Bur investigated Biden's mishandling of classified documents. Hur determined that Biden committed many crimes (including espionage)

But Hur said he wouldn't prosecute Biden, because he has oatmeal for brains. It's not his fault.

So Trump gets prosecuted, but Biden, doesn't. That sounds fair.

After Hur testified in front of the Senate judiciary committee, both the right and left hated Hur.

The right hated him because he wouldn't prosecute Joey the criminal.

The left hated him because he said that Biden's brain was mush. The left didn't care about the crimes Joey committed. They just didn't like the negative label. LOL

Those of you that watched Biden's State of Ukraine Address, know that Laken Riley was mentioned. Laken was brutally murdered by an illegal alien from Venezuela. Joey was put on the spot by Marjorie Taylor Greene, so he had to go off script. Joey called the killer an "illegal."

The Republicans were furious that a nursing student was murdered by an illegal.

The Democrats were furious that Biden called a ruthless killer, an "illegal." LOL

I watched Biden give a press conference after the special counsel's report.

He took no responsibility for the classified documents in his garage. He said he didn't know how they got there. lol

In a word if we can't learn to respect the borders of law of the Constitutions then we must learn to respect borders defending with armies with what you call national divorce.

The only reason we would even discuss that is we have a 200+ year history of Washington being completely incapable of respecting any limits whatsoever to its power at the behest of various ideological crusaders.

That said winning the war for independence is going to require carefully preparation and planning to make the other side desire it as much as you do, while frankly also secure the means to kill the other side if that don't work out.

War would be a huge disaster for both sides, so yes honoring the foundational idea behind America that all people have an inalienable right ot self-determination would be better all around. The trouble is convening imperialist with dreams of imposing on everyone else that they won't win by force of arms.
As clearly they don't care about other people or they wouldn't be willing to kill them for such power much less insist upon ruling them without their consent to be governed.

We don't need a national divorce. We need a national purging of politicians, new blood, new ideas, and politicians who want to serve the people that elect them, not just do what is necessary to stay in power, which usually means giving in to political action groups who fund them.

How about requiring every politician in Washington DC to go home and skip the next election. They can only run for their seat after skipping one election.
