The rules say he can only serve 2 terms due to Presidential Term Limits. But he COULD be President again if he ran as Biden's Vice President and then took over when Biden could no longer serve. Is this a way for the Dems to beat Trump? Would Obama being President again be a disaster for US Taxpayers?
He spied on trump, bought a house a few blocks away to never stop spying, would fly over to meetup with world leaders that Trump met with.
At least G. W Jr would learn how to paint in his off time. Barrys hobby is to defend the lie that he was "scandal free," during his presidency.
This was during 2017-2021 and now he's still telling Joe what to do.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/BUMeS-fWvOsIf Michelle gets the nomination after Joe secures it first; she would in effect be another proxy stand-in for Barrys fourth term. Would be odd if Joe is removed via the 25th amendment. Many of his staff has recently quit.
Kamala won't be replaced with Newsom, wouldn't seem right replacing a minority woman with him. If a SCOTUS steps down she could fill that seat. Joe only has to get nominated for someone else to fit the role as a last minute replacement.

I literally know nothing about this specific situation, but I don't think so. If such a loophole would exist it would have been used already at least once.
I am certain if Vice President Obama would be in the situation where under normal circumstances he would have to take over, there would be another one obligated to take over.
Either another Election, where VP Obama would handle the Presidential Affairs but not be President, until another President is elected.
Or the Supreme Court would assign a Stand in President.
Or something else.
technically, no he cannot. a president cannot rerun after 2 terms (and thank god for that). it is the 22nd amendment in which it limits the number of times a person can be elected president to 2 terms. obama has already done the 2 terms. the amendment prohibits anyone who has been elected president twice from being elected again. so there ya go.

Under the Twelfth Amendment, "no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice President of the United States."
Excuuuusssssssssssse me, but who's tax cuts for the rich are now permanent, while the ones for everyone else expired in 2022? Who's tax cuts added almost a trillion dollars to the national debt? Hmm... let me think... wait for it... NOT Obama! LOL I believe his name Traitor Trump. Yeah, that's the guy.
Oh by the way, since facts are not the strong point of this post, he Obama administration deported over 1.3 million illegal aliens, the most since Eisenhower, compared to 749,500 for Trump. The most dramatic change under Trump was Legal Immigration caps, which went from 45,000 to 18,000 annually.
Yes , if he replaced VP and then President was killed or died or went to a nursing home. He could serve the rest of the term. LBJ served out JFK's time after he had him shot , the got elected , and was going to run again until until he got his ass Vietnamed and dropped out. Then Nixon won , won again , then drowned in Watergate and Ford took over then ran for President and could have ran again if he didn't get ran over by a giant peanut called Carter. It looks like Trump will win a third time or will he , if not he plans to run a 4th time.
The rule is you can't run a third time for President. Vice President is a separate office. Different house and everything. So you could run for office of VP , then be Appointed President. Appointed , not elected. So Obama has 8 years and could serve 4 more years if VP and and current President leaves office.
You think the lying , BS , SOB's have that in mind?
According to the Constitution he can only serve two terms. However, the democrats only pay attention to the parts of the Constitution that benefits them and pretends the rest does not exist. He is running the country from behind the scenes anyway. Most of Bidens staffers are former Obama people.
The 22nd Amendment: Defining Presidential Terms
The relevant section of the 22nd Amendmentdefining presidential terms reads:
"No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of President more than once."
Ten years as president seems to be the max.
So Obama couldn’t be VP in case something happened to Joey before serving two years. Following the rules (?) he could only be eligible to serve as President for two additional years. No Obama can't be acting president again. He would admittedly be a better choice than biden but dems can only win the election by committing electoral fraud.
No, because if Biden died in office, Obama would remain Vice President, because he served 2 terms. The Speaker Of The House would be sworn in as President.
It’s two consecutive terms. You can be president for 8 years at a time. I don’t think he will run again. Michelle doesn’t like the political life, it seems.
If they get Kamala to step down and Biden names Obama as VP and then he steps down or goes room temp, yes.
possible. possibly. YES!
he seems to already be the proverbial armchair quarterback now - - - - - - - - -
Legally he can only serve two terms. Unfortunately Leftists and dems only follow the laws which benefit them,
he can by installing a puppet proxy into the white house who is easily manipulated.
I can't imagine someone other than donald trump for the united states presidency...
I doubt it could happen, maybe Michelle can but not him
No. Nit unless the constitution was changed.
He's already on his third term, now!
I don’t see, why not.
God I hope not
Thanks to FDR…no. Stupid constitution.
That will never happen.
