If Michelle gets the nomination after Joe secures it first; she would in effect be another proxy stand-in for Barrys fourth term. Would be odd if Joe is removed via the 25th amendment. Many of his staff has recently quit.

Kamala won't be replaced with Newsom, wouldn't seem right replacing a minority woman with him. If a SCOTUS steps down she could fill that seat. Joe only has to get nominated for someone else to fit the role as a last minute replacement.

I am certain if Vice President Obama would be in the situation where under normal circumstances he would have to take over, there would be another one obligated to take over.

Either another Election, where VP Obama would handle the Presidential Affairs but not be President, until another President is elected.

Or the Supreme Court would assign a Stand in President.

technically, no he cannot. a president cannot rerun after 2 terms (and thank god for that). it is the 22nd amendment in which it limits the number of times a person can be elected president to 2 terms. obama has already done the 2 terms. the amendment prohibits anyone who has been elected president twice from being elected again. so there ya go.

A lot of what Trump has allegedly said and done has been exaggerated and/or twisted by the mainstream media; 2.) The country was successfully humming along during the Trump administration (until Covid, which wasn't his fault); 3.) Other than the Infrastructure Bill, the Biden administration has been an unmitigated disaster. All Biden had to do to make Trump a political afterthought is to just "not suck" as President, and he couldn't even manage to do that; and 4.) How many times does this have to get said; the Founders wanted no part of Christianity mixed with government.
