Do you think minors who commit severe crimes should be charged as adults?

There was recently an assault that happen where a 15 year old girl was recording repeatedly smacking another girls head against concrete causing her skull to fracture. This does seem like a serious crime to me.

People have asked the attacker to be charged as an adult but the person who assaulted this girl family have hit back at calls to charge the 15-year-old girl as an adult.

I believe punishment should be based on the consequences of your actions and not on the level of guilt or shamelessness people associate with your personality and appearance.

A woman that loves teddy bears and hot chocolate should receive the death penalty if she kills, even if she looks nice in a pink dress and cries when she watches Disney movies.

A guy that loves grunge metal and porn should only be fined $5,000 and not jailed if he is caught smoking weed.

In severe cases like that yes. That girl should be charged with battery like an adult would be. They should stop calling it bullying. 15 year-olds aren't little kids anymore.

Personally I think 13 and above should be charged as adults.

I personally believe if a minor has extremely violent tendencies getting into fights all the time, There needs to be a deep mental valuation and a look into their home life. They need to serve jail time for the crime of course but it doesn't get to the rooth of the issue.
