A presidential candidate says "vote for me, and I'll do this and this and that."
How many years should he be given?
Candidates NEVER say "vote for me, and if congress lets me, I'll do this and this and that,
so should we hold him to his word?"
it depends if the guy showed he tried... like trump adding to the wall, that earns trust.
but biden talks without trying. for example
long forgotten and abandoned!
for a couple weeks biden said soon soon... and naive people believed he wasn't lying, doing something...
long enough that people forgot. "yesterday's news"
all over people talk about "helping strangers empathy to strangers" well these strangers are also suffering too.

Most big promises takes years, decades, even centuries until you see the effect.
Its not like "if you vote for me i will buy carrots" its more like "if you vote for me i will completely change the infrastructure"
I said 4 years. If he has not kept some of the campaign promises he does not deserve a second term.
