2, a real refugee can do the process of claiming refugee while safe in Mexico. but instead, the first act coming is...

the crime of coming in without the process. those who weren't prior criminals, are now criminals the first moment entered, by doing the crime of crossing the border as above. this isn't about fearing the criminals it is about truth.

3, not all the invaders are terrorists but SOME are terrorists or gang etc. so need to check! the MOST horrible thing is: NOT checking. including the 100,000 n more, flown in, as discovered by some officials. and 100% of undocumented broke laws, as above.

4, We got into this problem because we thought Biden was "not as bad as trump". so "We the people" need to own our responsibility, meaning we need to vote for the one who cares about the border: for trump but not for democrats.

even if you despise both sides, we all need to join together for the one who cares about getting the border crisis blocked, Trump, he is the solution.

5, not all are terrorist, and not all are refugee, so not inspect is the most horrible thing... biden negligence.

if we want to help refugees, we must check if truly are refugee or just coming to work, not fleeing danger...

and check which ones are the gangs and terrorists etc. SOME are, we don't know which ones among them, so need to check.

the biggest "crime" of the border is bigger than the felony of crossing, it is biden negligence.

Yes. Every person who claims asylum goes to trial to ensure they have a case. The immigration courts are backed up for months a day if they do have a case it is a constitutional violation to detain them. Our justice system relies on an innocent until proven guilty assumption. So, when someone cries asylum they are released. But if we had the thousands of judges the bipartisan border bill would have provided there is no longer that delay so they would stay confined until their court day.

What is the process of figuring it out called? Is it a trial. That every PERSON inside the United States of America is entitled to before being convicted of a crime. So we should invest more into this process if we think it is potentially dangerous don't you think?

But it sure is expensive what if we accept more workers that we know are safe and have paper work to pay taxes.

actually the process is called vetting like the background check before a loan or before my gun license.

in order, 1, it is called vetting, see first reply, not a trial. no need for new judges. 2, crime trial is to prove that the suspect did it, and in which circumstance but crossing the border no doubt.
3, we should do background check but democrat want them to "cut the line" without a background check. 4 court expensive but not used court as above. 5, know are safe? we can't know because democrats give them a shortcut without checking, hence added gangs etc.
