Are there really people who don't believe in illegal immigration?

I've heard that apparently, some people don't think illegal immigration is a thing, and that people should be allowed to break in to any country they feel like. What's the deal with that?

And here we go... Not sure who you mean by people, and all this bullshit is over terminology. It's well known that many non-citizens are here without visa's or proper documentation. You're not from the USA, so you need to understand this concept: those folks are in violation of CIVIL LAW. Is that a crime? Well, yes and no; not until you're judged to be guilty.

Think of it like this. You're an underage drinker in the UK (say age 15), and you ask an adult to buy alcohol for you if you'll pay him. They agree. That's illegal, and once they turn it over to you, does that make them a "criminal", or is it a different kind of offense? Once you drink it, that's illegal. Are you now a criminal? If it goes undetected, you're nothing in the eyes of the law. If you're caught, and get arrested, then you get due process based on the severity of your offense. You don't get DEPORTED !

So basically, in the USA, you're supposed to get due process for being undocumented, but it has not always been that way going back years. The difference NOW is far more reaching and CITIZENS are being kidnapped and deported. Other countries have other laws, so it may be that you're already considered "a criminal" if you haven't entered through the proper channels.

1) It's civil law if they enter legally but overstay. If they cross the border illegally it's criminal law.

2) Either way they can be deported without a trial. That IS due process. They do not have to be charged with a crime to be deported. If they do not have proper documentation, they can be deported. Again, that IS due process.

Due process does NOT mean they get a trial. It just means that a prescribed process is used. The prescribed process for aliens is that they have to have proper documentation. If they don't, they can be deported. Nothing more needs to be done. As far as I know, every country in the world is like that.

3) There are other ways for it to be a criminal offense besides entering illegally. For example eluding immigration authorities can be criminal. So even if it starts as civil, it can become criminal.

ICE is NOT going after known criminals, or persons who are remaining with expired visas. Not only that, citizens are being arrested and detained WITHOUT due process. CITIZENS, dude! Mercenaries are being hired as well, and there's no "name list" being generated; they're just raiding places and scooping up non-whites, except of course, when they scoop up white citizens.

This is not only costing millions in terms of personnel, it's costing billions to the economy, not to mention what it's costing to any semblance of Democracy that remains.

So those people believe in cultural marxism. Where as traditional marxism separates people into the two groups - bourgeoisie and proletariat, these folks believe you're either an oppressor or the oppresed.

They view western countries as oppressors as they are overall better-off in every metric than other cultures. So therefore they need to be dismantled, much like the bourgeoisie should be.

In addition, they suffer from toxic empathy. As long as they can support someone who they classified as oppressed, they will support that person. This is how you end up with ideological inconsistencies like "queers for palestine" In the hierarchy of oppression they see palestinians higher on the oppressed scale, despite the fact that most muslims think gays should be thrown off buildings.

National borders are a human construct. Some people think we should do away with them. It’s not a completely outrageous concept. Conflicts over land are the only type that outnumbers conflicts over religion. Unfortunately, it’s in our very nature. Even lesser animals mark their territory and fight over resources there upon.
