Many people excuse a politician lying by saying “all politicians lie,” so how much dishonesty do you tolerate in a candidate before he loses your support?

I view politicians based on how many people they represent in power circles around me. So I will tolerate more dishonesty in national politics than locally. Think it’s more challenging for someone who represents a state or country to always say the truth vs someone on a local school board or a city mayor

it is part of the job and expected. the main reason i am not in politics is because i am not a good liar. any politician needs ro lie the real issue is not lie

the issue is did he try to do what he said he wiuld..

trump made many executive orders as much as allowed and activist judges blocked him despite president legal team. so trump outshiines every politician.

Lying politicians shouldn't be a thing. Unfortunately the media encourages it because they almost never fact check anyone, particularly the government of the day.
