Should Israel retaliate to Iran?

Not unless it wants a much stronger slap down than the one it just received. Iran brilliantly demonstrated that it could hurt Israel badly if it wanted to. It was just a demonstration. And there's nothing that Israel can do to Iran other than cowardly backstabbing like it did it Damascus.

Iran had no option than to retaliate against Israel's unconscionable attack on its embassy in Damascus. It sent a clear message that it will not put up with any more Israeli aggression.

Israel has thought it could act with impunity up until now because the U. S. was always there to veto UN sanctions. It's like a sadistic school bully who has his big, older brother to defend him. But there is no way the U. S. will go to war with Iran. It couldn't win that fight. Plus, doing so would destabilize the entire region and cut off oil supplies. And Russia and China aren't going to stand by if the U. S. attacks because Iran is a valuable ally.

The best that Israel can hope for at this point is to get more arms supplies from the U. S. The U. S. supplied arms to Ukraine, too, for all the good it did them.

I'm sure that Israel is seething from the humiliation. But it will have to beat someone else up to prove to its people that its not an impotent bitch. Hell, Israel can't even beat Hamas. All it is capable of doing is murdering thousands of innocent women and children.

I was laughing at videos of Israelis running around in total panic and crowding the airports. These are the same people who boldly pick on Arabs when IDF soldiers are there to protect them, who block aid trucks to Gaza, and who celebrate the bombing of entire neighborhoods full of women and children.

Israel's reputation is dead. The only people who don't hate it are Jewish and Christian Zionists. But not all Jews and Christians are blood thirsty ass holes.

Just like apartheid South Africa, I think it's survival is doomed, thanks in no small part to Iran's action yesterday, but also from increasingly public pressure.

I don't know any more. It's all very well for people to say this one should retaliate for this or do that to the other, but people generally want to go around living their lives in peace. Not having to worry about sirens going off followed by bombs dropping everywhere. I'm positive Israel WILL retaliate though, my guess would be by destroying Iran's nuclear programme!

Israel already fucked up by attacking Irans embassy, they are lucky that Iran decided to stop this at just a single harmless attack. Iran was fully justified to even declare war against Israel for that attack by the way and not even USA would have stepped in to bail out Israel if it came to that. Israel already lost this confrontation from the start by doing something indefensible and alienating its allies, it is in their best interest to sweep the whole matter under the rug as quickly as possible or risk digging an even bigger hole for themselves to be buried in.

No they have a chance of defusing the situation, they should accept the attack happened and save what little world opinion they have. The Iranians have a lot of S400 sites and a good level of layered Sam’s, these would potentially result in aircraft losses.
there now needs to be a cease fire across the entire Middle East including Yemen and Gaza.

yes it should missile at least half of iran warship by tonnage. missile its air force bases until at least half of 250 jets are in flames and destroy at least half of oil industry and atomic energy facilities so iran learn not worthwhile to fire rockets at israel.

Iran has not only slapped back for Israel's aggression. But shown that if it doesn't stop killing Palestinians there is someone it's own size it can try pick on.
