Sort of. It's a bit like the saying "there are no bad people just bad choices." I am 100% devoted to the promise of equality before the law my country swears to on paper but also wary of those with the legal right to try to dismantle it and working tirelessly to do so because they don't want to believe some people are inherently better.

If I don't like something that I believe is inherently wrong or evil, I want to change it, not run away. I have never once heard a truly intelligent person say "Love it or leave it" - only foolish sheep say that as they accept any injustice thrown on them by tyrants who ended up bought and paid for, that we ourselves elected.
The person wrapped in a flag, (especially the one carrying a Bible) who is willing to do anything at all for Trump, or Biden or any leader at any time, is an unquestioning idiot and the furthest thing from a patriot.
I love being American. Don't know what that makes me.
