The definition of racism hasn't changed. People are just more likely to call you out for racism.

I think the definition of racism has changed. It used to mean that one race is naturally inferior to another. Now, if you believe that some races are better in some small ways than others that is racist. In this case, even if you believe that whites and Indians are equal, but believe that Indians are less clean than whites, you are now racist.
