it's their government, so they should get all the blame, and they should be punished for the crimes of their government, They need to live with the consequences of their government.

Not everyone in the country supports the government, but the majority do, so it's OK to punish the citizens in general for the crimes of their government

Have Americans been warned by an opposing military to leave the premises? No.

Comparing Americans to these Gaza Strip bums (Palestine is not a real country and they are squatting on Jewish land) is awful.

My condolences to the innocent people in the Gaza Strip and I hope they get out of there. But anyone who voted for Hamas deserves death.

A country must be blamed for the actions of its government. That's the only way to encourage them to elect decent people to government. Without this, guys like Hitler, Trump, or Putin are free to rape, corrupt, murder, and pillage to their own satisfaction and everyone in their country can just say it has nothing to do with them, when it's their tax dollars who pay for it.

i think it depends because obviously with a dictator, the people don't have much say in what their government does, take north korea for example - and even in democracies, there can be a lot of backlash against government initiatives but nothing could change - but in countries like israel where people are actively supporting genocide, there should definitely be some kind of investigation over that, and any country where citizens actively support government's wrongdoings with full knowledge

They shouldn't be blamed for their government's crimes (but if they seem to tacitly assent to them, they are moral bankrupts) unless they take an active role in their country's misdeeds, in which case their culpability is determined by the importance of their role in facilitating their nation's illicit and/or murderous acts.
