I don't know if you mean no language at all or no written or oral language. If you cannot communicate in every way but you can still communicate in some ways - I would say there might be certain close companions that would not view your language barrier as a hinderance to their loyalty or commitment to you.

It would be very complicated. You wouldn't be able to talk to people, to write. You could be in danger or in need of something and you would be unable to tell them.

You would just be disabled. You would have to adapt like other disabled people do, hopefully with help from the people around you and accessible environment.

You'd have to get by with writing. Or sign language, if that doesn't count as "speaking".
