Where are all the NRA republicans defending him?

Maximum sentence for buying a gun when he was an addict is 25 year prison. Wow!! He didn't shoot anyone, he was just stupid. I'm on the side that if he gets that much time, they are insane. Some people whom are in criminal orgs that harm society and hurt people directly... gangs, drug running and such... that be a higher penalty.

He's not convicted yet... just wonder your reaction.

If Hunter was a Trump's son, Democrats would be howling to give him 25 years.

First of all, Democrats are the ones screaming about the need for strict zero-tolerance gun laws so they need to eat crow now and prove they mean what they say. WTF would Hunter Biden be deserving of any special treatment?


Second, the NRA has never held a position that straw purchases, illegal firearm possession or purchasing, or criminal possession in any way was something to be protected against. They have no moral or legal obligation to “defend” a position they have never held.

Been going on since clinton or well before. They start digging around and find stuff. It's legit probably but blown out of proporation. All the crap with Ukraine is the real deal of problems, but maybe not illegal, but how much death did it cause?

Would that I could say the hypocrisy surprises me- but then, given the ACLU's silence on his father's disgustingly anti-due process college policies, it seems like pretty much everyone and everything has abandoned whatever principles they had in the name of partisan bickering.

I think that tossing the gun at a school is the bigger problem than using drugs. But then I think that he is a victim of the war on drugs; if he wasn't allowed to own a gun because of drug usage.
