Is there an unbiased Media Outlet in USA?

For one thing Fox news doesn't "lean" republican. They are the 24/7 republican infomercial. For another, CNN goes out of its way to push a both sides narrative even if they have to invite someone on who will make stuff up just for that precious appearance of false equivalence. A lot of the people who are the face of CNN lean Democrat, surely, but that seems only to attract a democratic audience. The brains behind the face are intentionally inviting right wingers they know will lie just so democrats hear the lie.

But, in general no. AP is kind of supposed to be but everything is going to give the appearance of a left lean when the right insist on lying all the time, because the facts themselves don't support what republicans want - ergo fact can't support the justifications republicans come up with for getting g what they want. So they lie. Is it bias to prefer fact over fiction? If so in what proportions: because that's a slippery slope, as the side who lies is allowed to lie about the proportions and so always take more..

In any case, there is also Ground News. It is not actually a news place and in fact leans in to the problem above by basically averging over stories. But it tries to disclose that bias, at least, which is a nice gesture. Unfortunately it is too easy to manipulate as it assumes it knows the bias of the sources it averages and it doesn't disclose how it came up with that assumption, which suggests it is also some algorithm making it easy to manipulate.

Nope. A person who watches TV is uninformed and disinformed. It's called "programming"; social engineering.

Corporate media is basically government media designed to tell you what to think, not to provide you with information with which to form your own opinions.

Even watching both right-wing and left-wing media will not provide you with a balance of factual information. They are two wings of the same bird, controlling what you are allowed to know. But they'll never tell you what they don't want you to think about. They don't want you to question. If you do, you're a "conspiracy theorist"

Fox news does tell the truth a lot more often than any other major sources. CNN and the rest just lie constantly, and they all read the same script, word for word. It's quite creepy, you can piece them together, years of all major media outlets that aren't fox news, word for word, they're saying exactly the same thing
