America, why can't you put forward decent candidates for president?

In a country with a population over 340 million, how on earth is Joe Biden your chosen one for the role?

Why do you keep putting forward the most decrepit old candidates to run the most powerful country in the world?

Joe Biden is an absolute joke, and although I'm a fan of Trump, he's old af and just seems too childish to be running a country.

These two people are far from the best they could bring up, especially trump who is just a money grabbing selfcentered neofascist. Their whole system is kinda stupid though. Only having two options is stupid as well. How is an old man on the one side and an old, felon on the other side their best options?

If they like old people as presidents even than they had better options.

Exactly my point! I think Trump is funny and agree with some of the stuff he says, but I still don't see him as being a viable presidential candidate. And Biden... I wouldn't even trust that guy to work the till at a gas station, let alone run the US.

We can- and routinely do. But the party leadership, who's really running the show, keeps them from getting nominated. Look at Tulsi Gabbard, or even Andrew Yang.
