I play along with race here because of the US influence. Phenotype is claimed to be scientific whilst race isn't but in terms of outward appearance there is nothing between them.

Race maybe includes culture and outlook as well as outward appearance; it all depends on how you use it. Basically it means a different group of people in some categorization scheme you choose is all. Categorizing people is always going to happen.

I do think the US would be better off dropping the race concept.

Race is a 17th century pseudo-scientific theory to define humans by physical appearance. It is a defunct concept yet a widely followed construct. It is a convenient way to divide people into tribes that are easier to control by the political overseer class. There is one race, Homo Sapiens.

What they do is basically contact people who can prove that they have ancestry that has lived in a certain region for as long as possible and then they test their DNA, pick out a few pieces that they have in common with others from that region and that are rare in other areas and then when you take your DNA test they check to see if any of yours matches with those they have as controls. Depending on how much you match with them determines your percentage for that region.

This type of testing is fun, and can be useful but its not scientific or definitive and does not prove races. You can think of it as measuring how close you are to other people rather than to any particular race.

Let me tell you something. If you want the nobel prize (which includes a cash reward of around 1 million dollars by the way) then all you have to do is publish a paper that defines what a human race is. That is all, and the nobel prize for biology is yours no questions asked. Provide a definition of what a "White" person or a "Black" person or whatever and you are golden. Because to date, no one has been able to do this.

Oh people have tried. By god have the tried, its been the holy grail for racists across the world to find proof of how their race is better than some other race. But they have all failed on the basic task of just defining what they mean when they call something a race. A definition for human races is like the holy grail for geneticists that they can never find.

Why is this the case? Because humans like to travel and have sex. No group on the planet that we have tested with a DNA test has been isolated for long enough to develop into its own race.

The reality is that science really does not have a problem with there being different human races, and if genetic editing ever takes off we will probably craft our own ACTUAL races as offshoots of humanity. In other words, not only does science not have a problem with races but its literally going to ensure it happens.

But unlike you they are not invested in an answer. What you are suggesting is that every scientist, all around the world, from countries that promotes racism and hate each other, still all agree on the fact that there is no human races and every piece of evidence shown to the public also agree that there is no human races.

I dont think you quite clearly understand just how one-sided this is. Literally everything we have and everyone involved point towards a single answer. There is no conflicting evidence, nothing. This is as close to a full consensus as you will ever get in science. There is just about as much support for there not being races as there is support for the existence of gravity.

It is observable that the earth is flat, does not mean it is. Also by your example of two Asians never producing a black baby that also means that two people with black hair never produces someone with blond hair and therefore there must be a black hair race and a blond hair race.

The reason there is no human race is not because everyone around the world is identical bur rather that the variance in humans is too high to be defined as separate things. You are objectively closer related with many other races than you are with some people of your own race. That does NOT make any sense if races were something that would separate us.

And again, you can look it up yourself. Everyone agrees that there are no human races and all the evidence such as DNA tests proves it. In fact, since you like DNA tests so much then why dont you test it yourself? Send in a DNA test to two ancestry trackers like 23 and me or whatever but they need to be using different sample data. They will give you two different answers on where your ancestry comes from. Why?

Because they can't just look at your DNA and see "Huh, you have 60% white DNA and 40% black DNA" or whatever. There is no objective definition of what that is. They are just going to compare your DNA to people they tested previously in various regions which makes their response entirely subjective to what they themselves define as "Asian" or "European" and they will disagree with other ancestry testers because they have their own definition of what those things mean.

That should not happen if what they were testing is something objective, something that exists.

That there are different genes circulating humanity is nothing new and it does not make them a different race, even if many of these can be considered regional such as how blond hair and blue eyes are mostly found in for example Scandinavia.
