So are we all felons in the USA?

According to people who are against Trump, if you commit a felony it doesn't matter if you are convicted or not, you are a felon. But get a load of this..

"While the United States has just 5 percent of the world’s population, it houses 25 percent of the world’s prison population. That’s more than any other country, even including Russia, China, and Iran.

There’s a number of reasons for this. The war on drugs, the rise of profit-making prisons, racist policing, and badly written laws all play their part.

In fact, Harvard University professor Harvey Silverglate estimates that daily life in the United States is so over-criminalized, the average American professional commits about three felonies a day. That’s astounding." (Citations will be provided below)

So did you catch that? Americans commit an average of three felonies a day. So therefore without even being convicted, all Americans are felons. With an average of 3 felonies a day I have over 38,000 felonies!

So.. might want to reconsider how you define someone as a felon unless you want to criminalize the entirety of the USA population.. although that would be a Soviet Union Stalinist's wet dream.. yeah it all makes sense now. I see what the game plan is!

This also has the added effect of "find me the man and I will find you the crime" being extremely easy to implement. If you want to nail somebody, you can mail somebody no matter how innocent they have been in life.

Autocorrect changed "nail", nothing I can do about that.
