What your thoughts on the Actor Eric Baldwin on trial for involuntary manslaughter?

On pre trial the DA was bared from the Judge where they can't say that Baldwin was the Director/Actor in the film Rust.
Then today it came out by DA with the top cop who investigated the set. 13 live working guns found on set. Now I believe you know Baldwin had to approve that. What's your thoughts on this trial?

In my job we used 6 Shooters they don't go off unless you pull the trigger.

DA withheld evidence and Defence made a motion to dismiss. D A violated Brady Law so judge granted dismissed motion.

Alec. And I think he should be found guilty for playing with a gun that he didn't clear first. Negligent. I really see this more as a civil case though, because his defense about that negligence is pretty strong when you consider that it was supposed to have been made safe by the expert on scene.

Regarding the update, revolvers can't go off unless you pull the trigger. And anything sold in CA has to be drop safe, so even rough motions of the gun won't set off a trigger. If he really did lie about pulling the trigger, I'd consider that to be his admission of guilt.
