What are some examples of pretty privilege and how do you know if you truly have it?

Any moment that a gentleman steps up for a lady or demonstrates his courtesy.

It could be an nice smile or compliment, a little help at the store, opening doors, pausing for you to pass first... etc etc etc. Any other general courtesy.
