Obviously I can’t go to work there so how can this be legal in USA? How can I overcome this? Has anyone been in a similar situation? O have business assets being repossessed and I’m being threatened with contempt of court for not being able to pay bills.
I was even homeless for quite a while.
I don’t care about your opinions on whether I’m a good guy or bad guy or not and deserve it. My wife was a child abuser and abused me, nobody including the law believed it and eventually things went too far and I was the one thrown in jail.
I’m just stuck between a rock and a hard place and trying to divorce and make things work so I can support my children and move on. I don’t know what to do.

The first thing you need to do is STOP expecting the law - ESPECIALLY Family Law - to make sense or be fair. It isn't, and it hasn't been for a very long time. You are the man - according to Family Law, you are always the oppressor and the one responsible for everything. That's the system, and by getting married, and then having children, with an unstable partner, you have made yourself incredibly vulnerable. And it further seems that you let her get the initiative, which was another mistake. She is HEAVILY favored under the law and there are all kinds of ways she can use the law against you.
I'm not a lawyer and local laws vary from place to place, but I'm not sure there's a way out for you without literally losing everything. As horrible as that is, you didn't take that threat seriously enough in the beginning, and I don't think there's much you can do at this point, especially if you don't have a LOT of money to fight this in court (which even then wouldn't assure you a win).
You MIGHT be able to go to court and get your child support adjusted based on the fact that your wife has PREVENTED you from earning money, but courts aren't always reasonable about this, and so even though you should try it, you shouldn't expect to win, even though you might. Prepare yourself for losing everything - the house, the farm, etc. The only good thing is that she can only take it from you once. Prepare yourself to have to start over from scratch, because, sadly, that's the likely outcome here. I wish I had better news, but you need to understand the reality of your situation and steel yourself to it.
I’ve been in a similar situation. I worked from home. I had a shop in the house and garage in which I conducted business. During divorce my ex wife wanted to get me kicked off the property but the judge instead passed a nesting order which allowed me to live at the house during my weeks of custody of our kids. So every other week I had to vacate the property. I had to explain to the judge that they are cutting off my ability to make income and provide and he made me agree on certain business hours in which I was allowed daily access to the work areas of my home. So it all worked it. Just make sure you communicate it to the judge.
All I can say is get a lawyer. They know better than all of us. Good luck bro. I know what it s like to be a victim of abuse. I’m not sure where you are but I’m from Texas and the system wasn’t as unfair as I had assumed it would be.
Sheesh, I guess I've been off gag for a while. Charlie, I recommend you find some local resources for homelessness and for finding a temporary job in order to earn money. Even if you're not entirely homeless, there are organizations that will help you prevent becoming homeless. Some will help you with rent and/or even your moving expenses. Start with seeking help from The Salvation Army and ask them for resources, including legal help.
We don’t know the full story behind you and your wife. How did the court manage to do this to you? If she on the other hand is the bad guy and no one knows it, you can ask the court to reopen your case and have your children questioned by people and psychologists who work there. Once they know better, they can help you.
I tried for years to get her help and was forced to report her. But they investigated and said there was nothing. There is no case until my children get seriously injured. That’s straight from DCF.
I defended myself in one instance and of course men are not allowed to do that.
There is no case, there are no options for men in abusive homes other than to abandon their children and their lives possessions. The courts believe the women not the men. I just pray she doesn’t kill my children someday in one of her moods
@charliefretz329 As a practical matter, men have no right to self-defense against women who assault them. The law doesn't say this, but the police and the courts sure as hell do and behave like that. If you try to defend yourself against a woman you will get arrested and prosecuted.
If you have proof she is mentally disturbed, such as notes or prescriptions from her doctors, wouldn’t the courts help you with that? Do you have a lawyer? If you don’t have one the court appoints you one.
I think you meant "injuries caused by this women" and I can tell you from experience those make no difference to police or courts here in the US - the police will arrest you, and the court will still convict you. Men cannot use force against women, but women are free to use it against men.
What is your experience succh that you state so firmly that this is false other than your opinion? This is one of the major reasons men don't want to be around women, along with false accusations.
I hope you let the courts know about her past mental history, and what you fear most. Please get a lawyer to help you or let the court assign one to you for FREE. Good luck with it all.

Your wife filed an injunction & you are going to have to file an appeal. In addition you should file an injunction banning your wife from going near your business durning working hours. Your business is also your home so that should be fun. In addition you should go to child support court hand them the injunction & explain that you are unable to go to work due to the injunction stating you can not return home where your business is located.
There is a lot of background information missing here. Which court ordered this (I have a hard time believing a court can order such a thing). Are you still married to her? Have you been ordered by a court to pay child support?
In which state did this occur and in which state is your farm?
Call them and ask them to recommend a lawyer for you. I know these people, and any lawyer who was in the blackstone legal fellowship will get the job done.
I’m really just over everything. Completely disillusioned with the system and not even willing to let it affect me anymore. Keep my zen even if I live in jail. Must be a test in life preparing me for something.

If you have a real case, and I'd assume you do, then a good lawyer, see if you can find one that works on men's rights in family law, because there sometimes is a significant bias towards women in family law cases, though this sounds like more than just bias if your (ex?) wife is physically abusive towards yourself and the children and that was overlooked in the original case. Children deserve to be in non-abusive households at the very minimum.

This right here is why many men refuse to get married or have children with women. You can see what has happened to this man and no other man wants to have this happen to him. From a legal standpoint this is like getting hit by a freight train. No thank you.

After everything that happened I understand why she wouldn't want you there but for the kids and just to be able to make money for them she should allow you home to work
Try filing a lawsuit for her taking all your stuff, if it's truly your business then it should be written in documents somewhere and with that you can probably twist things up to create a case that she took everything you own.
So they didn't just throw you in jail for nothing if what you say about her is true. You say things went to far, so what does that mean? What is she filing the injunction for that the courts are believing her over you?
Either way, you need a lawyer or, if you have one already, you need a better one.
Can't you ask for a second judgment? In France it's possible to ask for 2 others judgement if you don't like the one you got. Cause it clearly make no sense and cannot put in use.
Your own lawyer could not save you before. You need to get in touch with a national law firm called Cordell and Cordell. Bring your wallet. But they know what to do
